I'm a real doctor, but I am so glad I don't work for a hospital ran by me. Because this lets me live my capitalistic dream <3. I love mechanics. Honestly, the soundtrack is also so much fun. I have completed all but the DLCs back in early 2020. After being bored, I decided to play it again in 2026 - and it was just as fun as I remembered. I love teh Two Point series.
Fun and addictive game, but achivements are locked behind DLCs and its too repetitive
Maybe I'm just spoiled because I played TPM before this, but god this game is soooo repetitive, which really is a shame! Even with moving to new locations to mix things up, I find myself just leaving the game running while I do something else because it takes so long with no input to get a 3 star hospital. Everything else has held up pretty good considering this game is getting up there in age. Love the dry humor too, but I just can't get past how bored I am playing this game. Get Two Point Museum instead, it's miles better! <3
It's ok. Feels very repetitive after a few hospitals. Not a hater of the game, but just got bored after 4 or 5 hospitals. I wish there was some variance between hospitals, but it's really just "hospital bigger, make more of the same stuff starting from scratch". If you like this genre (I'm 50/50 on the genre), it's probably great, just kind of boring for me
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've put about 173 hours into Two Point Hospital, and even after all that time, it's still one of the most enjoyable management games in my Steam library. What I love most about the game is how it balances deep management mechanics with a great sense of humor. Running a hospital, expanding departments, hiring staff, and keeping patients happy is engaging on its own, but the ridiculous illnesses and witty announcements give the game so much personality. The progression feels rewarding throughout. Every hospital presents new challenges, and I always found myself wanting to improve my star rating, optimize layouts, or go back and refine a hospital I'd already completed. Even after multiple campaigns, there's still something satisfying about turning a struggling hospital into a highly efficient operation. The game does a great job of being approachable while still offering plenty of depth. You can play casually and enjoy the humor, or dive into the details and spend hours fine-tuning staff assignments, treatment rooms, and patient flow. That's a big part of why I've spent 173 hours with it. Few management games have kept me entertained for this long. The charm, replayability, and addictive gameplay loop make it easy to lose track of time. If you're a fan of simulation and management games, Two Point Hospital is absolutely worth picking up. It's funny, well-made, and has enough content to keep you busy for hundreds of hours.
这款游戏还是我小时候在游戏风云上看到的,这个频道真的让我知道了许多有趣的游戏,这次买也是为自己的同年补票了
Game so repetitive 2 hours in I was already at my limit of repetition, I don't get why people play this game for so long, the game loop is spam decorations hire staff wait repeat It's just really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boring, I also played two point campus, didn't like this one either but atleast it had an interesting gameplay loop that kept me engaged for 10-15 hours I scrolled down in the reviews and would really like to know how some people can play this game for 200 hours, please enlighten me, I don't get it
Really fun hospital management game. Easy, but very addictive. If you have spare time and want to relax, I think that's the game.
