Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Aug 14 → 4.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The game itself is great, but you are required to buy multiple DLCs to play it. Selling incomplete games expecting the users to buy the DLCs is disgusting.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 16: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Theme Hospital
8/10
First off it says Ive played 202 hours on this game which isn’t exactly true. I’d say it’s more in the region of 100 hours. My gf played it for the rest) Can I recommend this game? Oh, dear, god, No! and I hate that I can’t. I’m old enough to remember Theme hospital which was an amazing, fun game. Three point hospital feels like a very boring, hollow, shadow of that game. For me, the main flaw is the difficulty. There is almost 0 difficulty in this game outside of one level (Duckworth-upon-Bilge). Every single other level is the exact same with MINOR challenges. For e.g theres earth quakes which can damage machines every now and then… Which when written down sounds like a challenge but I barely noticed any machine break/blow up and even if they did it took 2 seconds to fix it. So, now you’re asking “Reo, if it wasn’t difficult, how come it took you 100 hours to complete it?” Well dear reader, that’s where the problem lies. The devs idea of making the game ‘difficult’/drawing the game out was putting in very simple level completion requirements that were nothing more than time sinks. For e.g “Cure 400 people”. THAT aspect is incredibly easy to fulfil.. except there seems to be a ‘limit’ of how many people you can cure in an hour (real time) without exploits or ‘breaking’ the game. There was one level where I was sat there staring at my top rated hospital, all staff fully trained, no deaths a year etc.. and I was still only curing 100ppl-150ppl an hour… So that was 3-4 hours of just staring at a hospital with me having to do NOTHING. I ended up putting on a movie and watching it while the game run on my second monitor.. I’d have happily minimized the game except the devs decided to put in ‘awards and pandemics which would pause the game every 20mins or so until you clicked a few buttons. Wana know the best part? The above is only 2 star requirements If you want to do the three-star challenges (Which you kind of have to do to complete the game) you then have to cure 500 more after you do the 400.. Or on the last few levels cure 300…then 500.. then 1000! Another ‘staple’ was “Cure rates” which were once again very easy to complete and there wasn’t much point in them being there. Honestly, the last 5-6 levels were nothing more than time sinks and I could feel myself getting angry. I did just want to complete it to say “Ive completed it” and move on. I’d give this game a 3/10. I also own Two point Campus but after playing this I have no desire to play that at all.
The game delivers as a basic tycoon game with great polish, but that's all it really is. There's not much content, and honestly the highlight is the radio. If it were cheaper, I could recommend it, but $30 is just way too much to ask for such a simple game.
钱没了还可以再赚,要是良心没了,那就赚的更多了
关卡重复太严重,不理解为啥不做动态进度要做星级关卡的模式,很喜欢建造都玩不下去了。
Unplayable on the Steam Deck @MatureContent
I played this game with my wife. She used to play it a lot years ago, and so she recommended I try it. At first we wanted to play it on her Steam Deck, but it unfortunately doesn’t work on it, since movement requires WASD and the Steam Deck uses thumbsticks for movement, so we played it on my pc instead. This game is a bit like Prison Architect but with hospitals and more kid friendly. You design and run multiple hospitals around town and there are all sorts of made up diseases and disorders that can be treated by all sorts of different machines. There are no real diseases in this game, they are all made up and none of them are scary in any way, meaning this game is friendly with children. The game is honestly better than I imagined it to be. The gameplay is really intuitive and the game does a great job at teaching you how to play. It is also super convenient that you can move entire rooms around after making them, it makes it easy to rearrange your hospital later into the game. The only thing that kinda annoyed me is that they limit you a lot when it comes to what you are allowed to do with the different rooms, like only being allowed to place one door per room. The background music is repetitive and gets annoying, so I turned it off quite fast. Beside music, they also made this background radio host and narrator voice. He feels really out of place and at first I thought some video had started on its own in the background. I don’t know why he was implemented, because he adds nothing to the experience. If you are looking for an easy management game with simple sandbox elements, this is it. ————————————————————————————— Help me out by following my Curator, I’d really appreciate it!!
刚开始玩的挺有意思,但从第三关开始就有点无聊了,为了三星,感觉一直在重复相同的建造流程
Faithful to the ol' Theme Hospital, which I can still hear now if I close my eyes and remember simpler times. Two Point Hospital manages to retain that vibe, through its art style and progression, whilst also somehow making it feel quite fresh and modern. Hours lost to this, with plenty more to go!
