Red Dead Online

Dont buy. This game is overrun with hackers and modders. Apparently rockstar isnt doing anything about it and Steam will just giving you a boiler plate response if you ask for a refund. This game is a security risk and should not be sold on here unless its fixed

I used to like playing this game, but then people decided it's okay to hack and or cheat in the game, all I have done is mind my own business while playing and some other random player(s) would kill me in the game for no reason at all, sometimes repeatedly, so I don't play it anymore, also uninstalled the game, so unless someone were to crack down on the hackers in the game, I'm not touching this game any longer.

My game is absolutely unplayable on PC. Every time I join, under less than 10 minutes, people start using exploitation and kill me on an instant. It ruins my gameplay and quite frankly I'm getting sick of it.

Setup a private server and you won't have to deal with stupid hackers. Otherwise hackers are everywhere, ruining the game.

awesome game, shame yall abandoned it. the game is amazing if you get rid of the fragile masculinity some of the men in game has, if ur a woman and choose the female skin, be prepared to be brutally harrased, love the game otherwise

Brilliant game ruined by modders and hackers having full reign over it. There's no simple "Friends only" mode either, you legit just have to deal with terrible losers who get a kick out of ruining your time.

Jogo abandonado aos hackers e sem nenhuma manutenção. Há um bug no inicio do jogo que impede o jogador de progredir e eu encontrei tutoriais de como mudar isso, mas o vídeo tem 8 anos! Como um erro pode perpetuar por 8 anos para estragar a experiencia dos jogadores iniciantes até hoje? Eu digo, por puro abandono! Em resumo é isso, um jogo muito potencial que foi abandonado.

Uninstalled after 7 hours. As a solo player, the progression feels nearly impossible without spending real money. In game cash is too hard to come by—I barely had $50 after buying basic necessities like ammo. The world felt empty and silent, mostly consisting of just skinning wildlife. When I did run into other players, I was massively outgunned by high-level players. Wanted to love it, but it’s just not solo-friendly or fun early on. Consider this the Western GTA. If you want to make it, gotta spend that in-game $$.
