7/10 + Cool variety of guns that are fun to shoot. + Nice graphics. The visual style feels very similar to the first BioShock, which I love. + Well optimized. no crashes, no noticeable performance issues, and a buttery-smooth 60 FPS + Creepy-looking enemies. Nothing particularly memorable, but they get the job done I guess − The story is nonsensical, don't like it. There’s interesting weird, and then there’s stupid weird; this game is starting to lean toward the latter. − While the more linear combat sections are good, the arena/gauntlet encounters need work. Enemies seem to show up one at a time, which kills the intensity, and there’s something about the overall design of these arenas that just feels off, can’t quite put my finger on exactly what it is. -
