The world is changing and Tropico is moving with the times - geographical powers rise and fall and the world market is dominated by new players with new demands and offers - and you, as El Presidente, face a whole new set of challenges.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

where were you when tropico was die....i was at home eating doriteo when phone ring...Tropico is dead... "ts is so sad my spoon" i said loudly
It's good to be the dictator. Reminds me a little of SimCity 2000/3000 before EA bought it and screwed it up. The Challenge mode (20 scenarios) is more of a long tutorial and challenging. I'm most of the way through now. Prepare to google some to find out what you are doing wrong. Some missing pieces, like you can't tell WHY exports are $0, you just have to figure it out, etc, but still a good game that is simple enough to not break your brain, but gives you enough control to make it interesting.

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The most GOATed city builder of all time. Imagine if cities skylines didn't suck, had an absolute BANGER soundtrack with some of the best salsa tumbao music. This game has character, humor, and flavor. It's so well designed that it sucks you right into the role of El Presidente. Wanna make a prosperous island full of liberated and affluent citizens? Go for it. Wanna create a totalitarian hellscape prison economy? Go for it. Tropico is whatever you want it to be con mas marron.
I like the overall variety and depth of the game ,thank you.
The best Tropico game.
Highly recommand. The best one of the series.
Kind of boring. All you need to win is to develop tourism, and tourism is way better than industry. With money, all problems can be solved. There is nothing interesting to do in the mid and late game.
Sehr spaßiger Wirtschaftssimulator, dabei seit Teil 1!
The best game for people with Napoleon Complex 10/10
absolutely epic, can starve children while making them work on pineapple farms lul
