About
Break free of the grid in Town to City: a cozy city builder that invites you to create a beautiful and bustling community.
Freely place houses, shops, and amenities and natural elements to delight your residents and encourage new families to move in. As your population grows, so can your ambitions: create multiple towns that can grow alone or thrive together, helping the whole region develop and prosper.
In story or sandbox mode, you're free to build at your own pace, placing each flower bed with pixel precision, or prioritise growing your economy and developing your town into a thriving city.
Truly grid-less building sets you free to lay out your town however you like. Plan out carefully ordered rows of houses and city districts, or grow outwards organically with residences, amenities, parks and plazas connected by winding streets and alleys. Freely shape the land beneath your feet with terraforming tools for elevation, water, and terrain.
Beautify your settlement to your heart's content with a plethora of customisation options. Set up lighting, plant flowers and wooded parks, and decorate houses and buildings to complement or contrast. With gorgeous voxel graphics as a base and plenty of tools for fine-tuning, it's easy to create something beautiful that you'll want to capture with the in-game photo mode or stroll through in first-person view.
As your town flourishes, you’ll need to meet the needs of your growing population. Provide amenities that will cater for everyone – from workers to artisans and the bourgeoisie – alongside specific requests by individual residents. Get to know each person as they arrive in town, and watch them settle down to form new families in the homes you built for them with pets and livestock by their side.
Assign workers to jobs, research new buildings and decorations, and boost your sleepy settlement into a bustling centre of commerce. As you expand beyond the bounds of your first town, you'll pursue new developments in farming and tourism by building new towns, all connected by trade and travel routes.

Honestly, I'm addicted to this one. I always have the greatest time and also recommended to my friends. I hope they keep updating the game (especially because I think there's a lot of new things to be add and it should be optimized asp)
Данная игра мне очень сильно понравилась. Она довольна простая и удобная. Механики и стиль игры особенно классный. Советую эту игру, она чем то похожа на Sities: Skylines 2. А пиксельная графика тоже очень зашла.
I love this game!
I have not been a big gamer, but the game aesthetics make this such a fun game to play. Likes: The game is really cute. I enjoy the soft sound effects. The colors and lighting are so beautiful. It's visually pleasing and once you figure out how to play, the game is quite fun. The objectives make the game fun to play. Room for improvements: While the objectives are written presented in clear language, it's not always evident how to complete the task. For instance, there is a task where you, as the mayor, need to add a clothing store and connect it to "the house". Since I was still trying to learn how to play the game, I did not read the full objective when it was presented in the corner, did not note that there was a particular house, nor understood how to complete this objective. To be honest, it was very confusing for a long while. I had to look it up. Eventually, I found that you must connect the house of the citizen who asked for the clothing store to the clothing store "reach". At that point, I had over 200 citizens and did not understand how to figure out who asked. I had to look it up again to understand how to figure out who made the request. It was not clear and took some additional research. I eventually completed the task, but it was not straightforward. The other point of confusion is a lack of explanation that you town's warehouses have a limited reach, must be within a certain distance of the shops, and that you need a certain amount of people to run the shops. I did not even realize that there were arrows pointing to where the front of the shop was facing. As a novice game player, this was not clear. I struggled for a while trying to understand how to do this and remove some of the icons. Meanwhile, townspeople kept loading into the town. The quick "clock" timing makes you feel like you're behind while trying to figure out the game play. I still thoroughly enjoy this game and have spend some fun hours building my little town. Despite my initial struggles learning how to play this game, I would still recommend it if you like builder type games with cute aesthetics.
this was such a cute game!!! i tried playing it on my laptop and it couldn't handle the graphic so when i finally got a real pc a year later this was the first game i played and boy did i play it. got all the achievements within a few days and was ADDICTED it's just so cute and fun and relaxing and i'd recommend to all!
Really chill city builder with an emphasis on decoration and customization. My one gripe is the 1000-recommended population cap, and how easy it is to hit before you've even unlocked all research options in the game. I also did experience performance and lagging even before hitting that limit so your mileage may vary. But, despite some of these faults, I've sunk many many hours into this game for a reason.
jeux simple, beau et surtout facile à comprendre, pour jouer tranquille le soir c'est le top
Finally I feel like Ive found a city planner I can actually make look beautiful!
Very cozy game! Decorations go further than you think in it!
yh is gud
