Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Break free of the grid in Town to City: a cozy city builder that invites you to create a beautiful and bustling community.
Freely place houses, shops, and amenities and natural elements to delight your residents and encourage new families to move in. As your population grows, so can your ambitions: create multiple towns that can grow alone or thrive together, helping the whole region develop and prosper.
In story or sandbox mode, you're free to build at your own pace, placing each flower bed with pixel precision, or prioritise growing your economy and developing your town into a thriving city.
Truly grid-less building sets you free to lay out your town however you like. Plan out carefully ordered rows of houses and city districts, or grow outwards organically with residences, amenities, parks and plazas connected by winding streets and alleys. Freely shape the land beneath your feet with terraforming tools for elevation, water, and terrain.
Beautify your settlement to your heart's content with a plethora of customisation options. Set up lighting, plant flowers and wooded parks, and decorate houses and buildings to complement or contrast. With gorgeous voxel graphics as a base and plenty of tools for fine-tuning, it's easy to create something beautiful that you'll want to capture with the in-game photo mode or stroll through in first-person view.
As your town flourishes, you’ll need to meet the needs of your growing population. Provide amenities that will cater for everyone – from workers to artisans and the bourgeoisie – alongside specific requests by individual residents. Get to know each person as they arrive in town, and watch them settle down to form new families in the homes you built for them with pets and livestock by their side.
Assign workers to jobs, research new buildings and decorations, and boost your sleepy settlement into a bustling centre of commerce. As you expand beyond the bounds of your first town, you'll pursue new developments in farming and tourism by building new towns, all connected by trade and travel routes.

Reviews
Game lets you create a massive slum full of low class workers, that support the minority artisan/bourgeoisie classes. Amazing Yes, there are different classes of citizens, and yes you need them all; higher classes aren't just improved versions of lower ones, they just have different needs/do different kinds of work, and it is a fun and interesting system. Don't worry, classes are based on building, so you can simply move families around if you need more/less of any, though you'll likely tend to just wait for new people to arrive. Unlike other games, 'cosmetic' things like lights, flowers, etc. actually affect gameplay. You typically need to place multiple ones either on or near buildings, and you tend to spend more time than expected making things look nice, even though the game obviously can't tell. Thankfully you can copy and paste buildings, so once you make one look good, you are set. Still, a dedicated blueprint system would be nice. Right now to copy and paste, you have to first find the building and click on it, which can be annoying if you have a lot of buildings. Not a huge deal, as often you find yourself copy and pasting the exact same decoration setup so you have a lot of the same buildings. You can also just set aside somewhere on the map, and place all your designed buildings there. Performance can be spotty with bigger cities, but that is par for city builders.

♥♥♥ классная игра я не пржалел
I love it!
GREAT
Honestly one of the best new city builders in a long time. The amount of care and passion that these devs put into it really shows with how many little quality of life things you just stumble upon by naturally playing and exploring what you can do. Truly a city builder made by city builders. The music and art style is incredible cozy. So much so that before you know it several hours have gone by. This is a great game right now today, but judging by this vocal dev team and what they've delivered on it'll continue to get even better with all the updates they have in store. An absolute recommend from someone with thousands of hours into this genre of game.
Optimization could've been better, but otherwise it's a very nice and cozy city builder with light management mechanics.
played for five hours... did not feel like five hours Had lots of fun!!
Absolutly love this calm game where beauty have more room than progress. If you're tired of all that competitive ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ other games throw at you, this is really a game for you. Try the demo if you don't believe me :D
