Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Break free of the grid in Town to City: a cozy city builder that invites you to create a beautiful and bustling community.
Freely place houses, shops, and amenities and natural elements to delight your residents and encourage new families to move in. As your population grows, so can your ambitions: create multiple towns that can grow alone or thrive together, helping the whole region develop and prosper.
In story or sandbox mode, you're free to build at your own pace, placing each flower bed with pixel precision, or prioritise growing your economy and developing your town into a thriving city.
Truly grid-less building sets you free to lay out your town however you like. Plan out carefully ordered rows of houses and city districts, or grow outwards organically with residences, amenities, parks and plazas connected by winding streets and alleys. Freely shape the land beneath your feet with terraforming tools for elevation, water, and terrain.
Beautify your settlement to your heart's content with a plethora of customisation options. Set up lighting, plant flowers and wooded parks, and decorate houses and buildings to complement or contrast. With gorgeous voxel graphics as a base and plenty of tools for fine-tuning, it's easy to create something beautiful that you'll want to capture with the in-game photo mode or stroll through in first-person view.
As your town flourishes, you’ll need to meet the needs of your growing population. Provide amenities that will cater for everyone – from workers to artisans and the bourgeoisie – alongside specific requests by individual residents. Get to know each person as they arrive in town, and watch them settle down to form new families in the homes you built for them with pets and livestock by their side.
Assign workers to jobs, research new buildings and decorations, and boost your sleepy settlement into a bustling centre of commerce. As you expand beyond the bounds of your first town, you'll pursue new developments in farming and tourism by building new towns, all connected by trade and travel routes.

Reviews
5 hours in and I've already gotten my money's worth for how much this has lessened my blood pressure. Extremely comfy town/city builder, very easy to place and manipulate buildings/decorations. I played the normal mode for a bit and enjoyed the guided stuff, but swapped to sandbox - both modes are fantastic, great game.
amazingly relaxing

Fantastic idea! I love the details of this game and it gets more diffcult over time. So far, I love it!
개발자님 세이브 로드가 안되는데? 나만 이러는게 아닌거 같던데 구글쳐보니` I7-7700k, 1070임. 다들 실컷 즐기다가 10시간 넘어가면 이런증상 생기는듯 (Developer, save files won't load. It doesn't seem like I'm the only one having this issue—I found other people reporting the same thing on Google. My specs are an i7-7700K and a GTX 1070. It looks like this problem starts happening after people have played for more than 10 hours and try to load their saves.)
This game is highly addictive for city builder fans like me. It really helps me de-stress and forget about real-life worries. However, I wouldn't highly recommend it to everyone—if you aren't into city builders or cozy games, you'll probably get bored fast! But if you love cozy games, city builders, or just want something quiet to unwind with, then I highly recommend this game!
Muy entretenido
Town to City to Molasses,
Town to City is a charming sandbox-city builder with a relaxing soundtrack, and simple quests and light management aspects to keep you engaged. Would be perfect for someone who likes games like Tiny Glad or Townscaper but wished there was more gameplay or people. The main appeal of this game is designing an aesthetic city, and because the quests aren't time sensitive the game is stress free. The management aspect is very easy and doesn't require much optimisation so this might not be for you if you are looking for detailed management.
