About
The Outer Worlds 2 is the eagerly-awaited sequel to the award-winning first-person sci-fi RPG from Obsidian Entertainment (just look at the exciting number of dashes in this sentence!). Time to clear your calendar – get ready for an action-packed adventure with a new crew, new weapons, and new enemies in a new colony! So much newness!
As a daring and most likely good-looking Earth Directorate agent, you must uncover the source of devastating rifts threatening to destroy all of humanity. Your investigation leads to Arcadia, home of skip drive technology, where the fate of the colony, and ultimately the entire galaxy, rests on your decisions—your strengths, your flaws, your crew, and the factions you choose to trust.
The Arcadia colony is engulfed in a factional war, as the Protectorate’s so-called benevolent rule is challenged by the rebellion of their religious order and a corporate invasion. As destructive rifts spread across the colony, each faction fights to control or close them for their own ends. Navigate diverse zones, uncover hidden lore, and shape the fate of a system on the brink!
Build your character with the abilities and choices that reflect your playstyle. The colony reacts to your every move, crafting a narrative that’s yours to own—whether you’re a disciple of diplomacy, an astute strategist, a crusader for chaos, or something different altogether. And yes, you can dumb!
Recruit companions with unique traits, backgrounds and goals. Whether you choose to help them achieve their ambitions or steer them toward your own objectives, your influence shapes their growth (or death), making them an integral part of the immersive story you create together.

Amazing game. 9/10 Had to download a mod to make it run better (had 50~ fps, afterwards had 70~, custom high/low settings) NPC AI? Pretty good. Story? Very cool and fascinating. Gunplay? Amazing. Soundtrack? Epic. Basically, almost every issue i had with the previous game got fixed. The only thing that hasn't changed is the fact that there's no random npc spawns, the world might feel kind of dead because of that. You will never experience factions fighting each other or against wildlife unless it is scripted to happen at that location.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 26: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This game is Great! got it during the sale but i would have paid full price. its funny, touching, and the combat takes a little to get going (until you unlock heavy weapons and rockets). But man, what a great time. HIGHLY RECCOMEND IT.
Its a very good sequel.
It's everything I liked about the first game but improves on what made the first game great. Better combat and animations for using items in the world (not really a big selling point but something I really like about the second entry). The game has it's boring fetch quest's and large maps to explore but aren't really that dense with things to do issues, but make up for it with side quest's that are enjoyable to complete. I haven't ran into any bugs aside from the rare arm animations glitching out while in dialogue moments but that's all I have ran into. I hope they make a third game in the future despite Obsidian now making a new Fallout game.
This game was absolutely fantastic. I haven't played a game this good in awhile. The character and companion development was excellent and there were plenty of RPG options to either go the encouraging altruist route, become a scathing murderer, or a little something in between. The gun and armor selection were awesome as well. I had a blast crafting mods and playing around with all the different loadouts. I probably switched things up 100 times throughout the game. The factions were really built out well and I always felt like I was doing something new and exciting. I'm actually bummed out I don't get to play it any more. Can't wait for any DLC that comes out. This is a VERY high recommendation for anyone into FPS/3PS and RPGs.
It's a fun game. I've enjoyed the story and the gameplay, even if some of the humorous elements of the first one are missing. That doesn't make it bad, just different. I've appreciated it all the same.
ta mu bien, muxo dialogo, muxa desision, muxos colore y disparo
Un RPG compétent, mais qui semble avoir davantage mis l'accent sur ses systèmes de jeu que sur ce qui avait rendu son prédécesseur attachant aux yeux de certains joueurs.
Fun game. What lowered the potential was the companions being left wanting. Very annoying female characters are overwhelming the entire game. Their voices were like nails on a chalkboard. Nothing like a bunch of frumpy spinsters with no character piping noise into your brain incessantly. Even the robot had a female voice. The male characters were just short of being outright gay.
