X-Plane 11 - A Treatise on Why Runways Are Merely Suggestions. I purchased X-Plane with the innocent goal of learning aviation. Three hours later I was conducting a hermeneutic analysis of a United 747's relationship with Bursa Yenişehir LTBR's 2993-meter runway. This is not a review. This is a confession. Aristotle said the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. X-Plane said the absurdity is greater than the sum of its physics. I arrived at Yenişehir with a 70-meter wingspan and 45 meters of usable pavement. The arithmetic said no. The ontology said yes. I trusted ontology. The main gear kissed the threshold, the nose gear filed a complaint, and the runway survived. Aristotle would call this a teleological victory. I call it Tuesday. Nicolai Hartmann said reality is stratified into layers: material, biological, psychic, spiritual. X-Plane said landing is stratified into layers: approach, flare, touchdown, regret. My 747 passed through all four layers at Yenişehir. The material layer bent. The biological layer screamed. The psychic layer broke. The spiritual layer said "again". Hartmann would call this ontological analysis. I call it Tuesday. Schopenhauer said the world is will and representation. X-Plane said the landing is will and representation. My will said "land the jumbo". My representation said "crash". For 11 seconds on short final, will and representation fought. Will won. Representation was carried out on a stretcher. Schopenhauer would be proud. My blood pressure is not. Bergson said duration cannot be measured in spatial terms. X-Plane said the final 300 meters to 07R cannot be measured in seconds. Time dilated. The GPWS counting down became a meditation. "TWO HUNDRED... ONE HUNDRED... FIFTY..." each number was a lifetime. I aged three years between 50 feet and touchdown. Bergson was right. Time is real. And it hates pilots. Wittgenstein said the limits of language are the limits of the world. X-Plane said the limits of runway are the limits of imagination. I refused to be limited by language or pavement. I created new words: "Grassway", "TACAN-Braking", "Jumbo-Lite". The sim understood me. We formed a private language. Wittgenstein would uninstall. Gadamer said understanding is always interpretation, always historical, always situated. X-Plane said every landing is a situated interpretation. I situated myself at 160 knots over Yenişehir. I interpreted the runway as longer than it was. I interpreted the grass as asphalt. I fused my horizon with the sim's horizon. Gadamer called this a fusion of horizons. I call it a fusion of metal and hope. Dilthey distinguished between explaining and understanding. X-Plane distinguished between calculating and experiencing. I did not calculate Vref. I felt it. I did not explain the stall. I understood it, personally, intimately, through my screen shaking. That Erlebnis cannot be transferred. You must stall yourself to know. Jaspers said in limit situations, existence is revealed. X-Plane said in runway limit situations, pilotage is revealed. 2993 meters. 350 tons. GPWS screaming. TACAN silent. That was my Grenzsituation. In it, I saw my authentic self: a man who would rather land badly than go around. Jaspers would call this authenticity. ATC would call it a violation. So what is X-Plane 11? It is not Microsoft Flight Simulator with worse graphics. It is not a game. It is a philosophical laboratory where 7 German thinkers meet a United 747 over Bursa and argue until the tires blow. 11/10. I tracked 58 real aircraft today. Tonight I became the 59th and wrote a dissertation about it. If you want checklists, go elsewhere. If you want to discover what happens when philosophy meets aerodynamics at Vref, come to LTBR. The tower offered no interpretation. The TACAN offered no understanding. The runway offered no forgiveness. The 7 philosophers offered everything. I landed anyway. 🛬
Вылетел из Нью-Йорка, влетел в башни-близнецы, потом запустил xplane 11
Хороший Авиасимулятор, но нужно его дополнять и делать его самим, стоит своих денег, как по мне, гораздо лучше чем X-Plane 12
No account requirement like Microslop Flight Slop. Graphics aint great but gets the job done. Runs well on linux.
低低低配电脑稳定45
ну что могу сказать игра прикольная,но сложная даже мфс будет полегче
на 2 часу полета при снижении в аэропорт прибытия выяснилось, что пилоты забыли запустить первый двигатель
