Honestly, this was one of the strangest games I have played in the best ways. This little dude was my everything for 400 days. I wish I could play it for the first time again
darkness is good actually.
Slow down a bit and really sit with yourself
A bit slow but well worth it!
I forget to check on the little guy 😭
It's a game that makes you consider your place in this infinite universe.
I was promised 400 days with the silly little guy. The first 24 hours was great. I have managed to find all pieces of the instrument, two flints, and enough coal to start fire. I have even almost finished mapping the layout of the palace! I came back to my cave to start fire, make some art and do some music and what did I discover? Making music costs more time! I need to spend 7 seconds for every second of music! Even when I don't, I still lose 5 seconds for every second of just chilling in my own house! That's insane! My 400 days with the Shadow has just been reduced to just 80 simply because I wanted to make our home a little nicer! And we didn't even finish reading the Moby ♥♥♥♥! I dream to think what will happen once I unlock all the colours and smelly fire. My dissapointment is immesurable and my day is ruined, one out of ten.
You are literally playing THE LONG(ing) game as you wait for this wonderful artpiece. I think because of the slow pace it is art in itself and I love that the developers seemed to really cherish that this game comes with it's own pace. So brace yourself for a LONG one but a very cool, mysterious but ultimately nice journey in THE LONGING!
