Hailed as one of the largest, longest and most meticulously detailed turn-based JRPG series of all time, this first chapter in the ongoing Trails saga sets the stage for what's quickly become Ys developer Nihon Falcom's most popular and best-selling franchise in their entire 30+ year history.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.43/day in the week to Sep 3 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Amazing story, great gameplay. Very cozy RPG.
A great first chapter to the great trilogy. It does left me wanting more, especially in terms of story (in a good way) but overall I enjoy my time with this game. Great introduction to the series for me even if difficulty spike did bother me time to time.
jogaço bora pro proximo da saga.
It's sooo goood. Usually rpgs get stahnant in the story department after the intro and before the end, but this one is keeping the vibes high the whole ride through.
It's a lovely game.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky is one of the most heartfelt and immersive JRPGs I’ve ever played. Liberl feels like a genuinely living world, large without ever feeling empty. Every town, guild, and region has its own identity, and the sheer variety of characters and dialogue keeps the adventure constantly engaging. Conversations can be funny, emotional, thoughtful, warm, or politically tense, often all within the same chapter. The story blends political intrigue, adventure, morality, and deeply personal struggles in a way that feels natural rather than forced. Estelle is an incredibly charming protagonist. She is energetic, tomboyish, emotional, and sincere. Joshua’s calm exterior slowly unraveling under the weight of his past creates one of the game’s strongest emotional threads. The journey itself is rewarding from beginning to end, especially with the layered mystery surrounding Estelle’s father and the larger events unfolding behind the scenes. The battle system remains surprisingly fun throughout the entire game and never became repetitive for me thanks to the enemy variety and orbment system. The soundtrack is excellent across the board and perfectly complements both the cozy and emotional moments of the adventure. Visually, the classic graphics hold up beautifully through a nostalgic lens and give the game a timeless charm many modern RPGs struggle to replicate. Despite being only the “First Chapter” of a larger saga, the game still feels complete and emotionally satisfying while leaving you desperate to immediately begin the Second Chapter after its incredible ending. I would strongly recommend it to fans of classic turn based RPGs like Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VIII, Final Fantasy IX, Suikoden, or newer titles like Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. If you value worldbuilding, atmosphere, memorable characters, emotional storytelling, and a true sense of adventure, Trails in the Sky is something special.
Нудно, дуже складно але у підсумку обнадійливо завершуеться з приводу другої частини.
