Wow this was really good. I went in blind knowing absolutely nothing but that Shinji Mikami directed it. I have a lot that I like and somethings that I don't like so I will start off with what I like. Gunplay felt fantastic and it is one of the best parts of this game. The Revolver, Shotgun, Rifle, Crossbow all felt really good to use. Just the magnum felt too similar to the pistol. Only difference was that it did a lot more damage. I also thought the art direction and atmosphere was really good and I love all the references Resident Evil 1 and 4. If I can descirbe this game it is like if Resident Evil and Silent Hill had a baby. All the characters are very memorable. One part of the game I will never forget is Chapter 7 with the Keeper. From his design looked really good and the encounter with him was so stressful I love it. Chapter 7 is my favorite part of the game. Almost everything about this game was great but it does have a few flaws that keep it from being a 10/10 imo. Some parts of the game have a ton of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like the water part in chapter 11. Chapter 12 and the final boss fight just felt like it had too much action compared to everything else. If they were toned down to fit in with all the horror in the game I wouldn't have an issue. Also I did find the story half way through to be very confusing and I need to look up a video to explain it. Other than those issues I would way this game is a solid 8/10. If you love Survival Horror and Resident Evil it is a must play.

所以说不是非得第一人称才能做好恐怖游戏的，这玩意可比生化危机吓人多了。当然生化危机只是朝着动作性方面越走越远，7代回归恐怖也不单纯因为第一视角，8代还是第一人称但是吓人吗？三上真司后来跑去做的幽灵线东京也是第一人称但是吓人吗？还得是美术音效氛围风格动作模组游戏机制这些东西共同决定的恐怖程度。本作就是范例，也是三上真正的巅峰之作

Хорошая игра. Даже учитывая её возраст она очень достойно выполнена. Конечно же есть ощущение что ты играешь в смесь Резика и Сайлент Хила, но тем не менее присутствует довольно выраженная самобытность игры. Лукас естественно и советую тем кому заходят вышеупомянутые творения.
