played oblivion on, never did this one. play1 day 1 - make character, hear about ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cave thief, go fight ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cave thief, get whooped, leave, heal, go fight ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cave thief, get whooped, leave, heal, go fight ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cave thief, get whooped, leave, heal, go fight ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cave thief, get whooped, leave, no mana left. i'll come back later after i find a bed assuming that will regain my mana. session 2 - i learned i suck a lot with blades and i may have only hit her once every 100 times idk it was bad, so off to the next town - it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up we we ride that giant strider things back and use an giant opening in it and mess with its organs to control it while also letting, just like, rainfall to fall into it. i think i'm sitting in the open wound? well next town is giant wtf is this what this game is? this place is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ enormous. go to dude they told me to go to, he says 'am i ready?'. no, i'm not ready. he's cool with it. time to montage; this is oblivion's predecessor, maybe doing the thing makes me better at the thing. swing dagger aimlessly; nothing. run; a little better at running. jump; better at jumping. ok. auto run on - use mouse macro for jumping, wedge self in stairs - start running and jumping, leave PC as auto run and macro do their thing/use one more type of punctuation in this sentence plus one or two more!. come back to a 95 acrobatics and not much more athletics but that's alright. i can ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ jump! it's also been 4 in-game days. good thing food and sleep and water and loitering doesn't matter. doors on roofs. jumping over hills. this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome! this ♥♥♥♥ is fun! maybe elder scrolls 6 just needs some of this again. what other stats can i cheese? take 3 - see how far i can fall without getting hurt - crack every bone in my legs and lose half my health, lesson learned.

The best Elder Scrolls game, I played this back when it was originally released and loved it then. With OpenMW and mods the game is stable, less buggy and improved.

Use OpenMW and mod it using Total Overhaul, then add Combat mods. It's glorious.
