For my first tekken game that I actually dedicated hours in I enjoyed it. The game itself is really addicting unfortunately and now the ranked system rewards you quite a bit. I dont recommend returning players from previous tekken's to play because apparently its not the same as it used to be. Id say its for newer players looking to pick up a 3d fighting game. They have a story mode but dont have a grindable single player mode which is my only gripe other than that the game is unfortunately pay to win a bit. Other than that theres a fairly toxic community on the game however normally its fine. Mainly because of character egoists but I think everyone goes through that phase in the game especially when you are playing a certain character for a long period time you're prone to develop biases towards that character. Also you're not immune to toxicity the game is incredibly competitive and it is incredibly punishing for lack of knowledge. Uhh Last thing you can play this game casually but ♥♥♥♥ this game makes you want to like actually lock in and grind. Its cooked.

This game made me want to kms. NGL imma chill dude but DAMM does this game want me to throw hands. ONG I'd trade my soul to get my hands on the other side of the screen. The only thing that makes this game worth playing is side step EWGF. But holy shi bro I cant learn 100 plus moves on every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ character. I hit God of Destruction so my words have some weight to it. If you don't know thats top 10% and higher and this was my first real fighting game after super smash bros. I sunk 500 hours just memmorising other characters moves just to have my character kazuya hold block for 90% of the round. Why play a 50/50 character that had no poking no evasive moves no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ panic button just so that a person with half the time I do who has no match up experience and their character has a better 50/50 then I do, just to mash on me and win. Even knowing the match up some times the counter play is "side step right and duck but their character can do this move that negaites your whole counter play and if they do that move most times it just straight up fu** launches you for you trying to counter play them". Yes kazuya 50/50 is very strong but got damm if you block it or SIDE STEP RIGHT you launch him for FREE. I can't stress the sheer amount of boosted players in this game that don't know how to punish anything but they know how to do a 50/50 free mix that puts you in disadvantage even if you block. I had to spend 15+ hours learning how to break basic throws just to have to guess a 50/50 throw on a king that just runs up with a HOMING throw that if I fail to break I lose HALF my hp. ONG NERF ALL THE CHARACTERS. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GAME UNLESS U LOVE SUFFERING LIKE ME. MY SOULD HAS BEEN CLAIM AND ITS TOO LATE FOR ME BUT I STILL WANT YOU TO BE FREEEEEEEEEEEEEE. KMS. the graphics are cool tho and the PHYSICS are cool too
