Tactical Naval Battles
Just because the girls look cute doesn’t mean the battles will be simple! Equip your ships with different weapons like chain shots to maximize their stats. Raise or lower your sails to use the wind to move optimally. And if that isn’t enough, turn the tide of battle by firing the Vanguard Cannon!
Ship Boarding
Yes, you can board enemy ships in this game! Assemble boarding parties for each ship under your command. A powerful enemy ship causing you trouble? Capture it and add it to your fleet! Any enemy ship can be captured – and we mean ANY! Collect loot from enemy ships to add new powerful weapons to your ships. And what’s this? You can loot cooking ingredients to craft bread in Chigara’s Bakery?!
Choose Your Own Adventure
Your actions can change the direction of the story! Discover secret storylines and recruit powerful bonus characters to your party! Even if you complete the game once, your story is not yet over. In New Game+, you can explore alternate story paths, find new recruitable girls, and collect extra powerful loot!
Affection System
The Sunrider 4 Affection System returns! Chat with the girls to gain affection points that unlock powerful new abilities! But it’s not just gameplay bonuses – Sunrider Legends has 14 unique ending scenes, one for each recruitable girl!
Join the girls on the high seas in this tactical turn-based naval RPG!

al principio no me convencía pero le agarré el gusto a los barcos
Still difficult but easier then its previous spaceship titles. pretty fun. gets farmable levels, able to steal ships. it got the ship tactics i was looking for just short of the space part. i dont mind this as a test of concept for battle system.
I enjoy the game alot. It has a nice blend of tactical naval battles and story, along with the addition of squad base battles. The Sunrider series is a good time in general and this is yet another fine entry to the series.
A solid spinoff to the sunrider series with unique spin on the turn based genre. Yes this game focus more into combat than vn story telling, so be warn for older fans of the series. In short, it is a retelling of the sunrider stories mixes in with a slightly different version of the sunrider 4 combat system. The story is passable, but the gameplay is the main selling point. You are able to aboard enemies ships and commandeer it, adding it into your fleet. Ship upgrades has been reworked where you use loots from the enemy ships you have seized (not sunk) over buying it to enhance it. Instead you use the money to upgrade your characters stats for boarding party and land combat. Not a huge fan of the changes since the upgrades feels very minimal and the rpg battles is very bare bones compared to navel combat. While I'm not a huge fan of the rpg mechanic, it is a decent addition that I would like to see expanded in their future installments. (Anything over sunrider 4 puzzle) Unlike the previous games, there is a greater emphasis of your actions that can severely change the outcome of the story. A range from character recruitment that wasn't possible before to outright changing the original narrative. If you are a big sunrider 4 fan or wants to try out a unique turn based combat with pirates theme, this is a solid gem to pick up.
This game runs like crap on my PC for seemingly no reason but If your a fan of the series I recommend it so far.
有跳幫搶船的海戰遊戲就是好遊戲
First impressions so far, its Sunrider but Age of Sail with the crew in boarding actions getting fiddly bits of mech customization. Difficulty options can be adjusted to fit your level experience and/or commitment to playing the tactical battles.
So, after triying all the content in the game my general recomendation would be buy if: 1. You are a fan of Sunrider saga. 2. You are a fan of strategic turn-based RPGs. The good things: The game had me pretty much entertained. The naval gameplay is rather casual but fun to play. The fact that you can board and capture any ship of the game made me go crazy to gather all kind of ships for my fleet. The descent ammount of equipment and it´s system of tiers for your ships was also a great addition. We have the charismatic characters, familiar for fans of the Sunrider saga. The fact that there's also small RPG batles gives the game a litle bit of variety. The New Game+ offers some extra content, that higly encorages you to give it a try. I find the posibility for customization of the difficulty curious and welcomed for replayability. Overall I had a nice experience the entire time, and I strongly encorage to the fans of the saga to buy. The not so good and bad things: Starting by repetitive scenarios, there´s only three variation of scenarios/backgrounds, and it really hits early in the game how repetitive this gets. As part of the previous observation, the stage/level design feels akward after you play for a while, not really bad, but also pretty plain and almost with 0 effect on gameplay. The wind and sails mechanic feels like a worse version of the momentum mechanic of Sunrider 4, this due to another weak aspect of the game; the meta strongly encorages you to play deffensive, specially on higger difficults, so most of the time wind dosen´t really does much, in comparison of how the momentum mechanic of Sr4 made the gameplay way more dinamic. The RNG of the game seems odd, constantly being hit with 23% of probabilities and missing attacks with 80%, a fact that was honestly frustrating, giving the feeling that RNG was unfair on RPG combat and specially on high difficulties. The acces for a New Game+ could be better implemented and expanded. And finally, the endings of the heroines felt low quality and unsatisfactory, specially because you have to play at least two complete runs to unlock them. These amoung other smaller complains, and the fact that there are a fair amount of bugs in the game, some inofensive, some rather anoying.
more sunrider in a fantasy setting is fine. the story is almost copy paste so if your looking for a new story this aint it but the art is 10/10. the ship combat is fun with the ability to steal ships and build your fleet that way. the rpg battles have neat combos but are otherwise basic and can be really lame when your fighting a lost battle with mercs that you cant skip/surrender if your being boarded. im am looking forward to the next mainline sunrider.
Try to enjoy the new setting but same story just dont do it for me sure can make some spins on it but over all its the one u already know, that wouldnt be a deal break for me but the combat just kills it for me. The ship idea is oki and all but the movment which i hated in the last game still pisses me off. So when those two combine i just cant play the game for fun anymore and when a game is played as a chore... its a bad idea.
