Starfield is the first new universe in 25 years from Bethesda Game Studios, the award-winning creators of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Fallout 4.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 12.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 15.71/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Huge Game: Awesome worldbuilding, awesome Faction Quests and so much handcrafted content and great atmosphere on the few settled worlds... the shipbuilding and fighting as well as the decoration options are great ... thats why i played the game so long. The main plot is crap, though, at least the second half. I won't spoiler, but as soon, als the evil guys start talking to you, you'll know why. There you can see, that the greater goal of the main-plot is just to lead you to start a new game plus. You cannot even raise your new skills without a new game plus. So if you want to use the maximum of your power, you have tu play the game again. The replay value is zero, though. That is not a good choice for a main plot. The main showdown itself is NOT as good as the showdowns of the faction quests. Still, the main plot is such a small part of the game, that you can ignore without much consequences. You'll loose some extra skills, which aren't so strong anyway, so i'll recommend that. The first DLC Shattered Space has a much more awesome main plot, and also a great showdown. The official headhunter Quests in the Creations menu are also awesome.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 23: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

950 hours in and I'm still not tired of it. Mods enhance the experience to what it should have been. With a few tweaks to the gameplay, outfits, gear, weapons, POIs and ship building you can create a really solid all around action rpg. It's a game you can take at your own pace and customize to your liking. I've spent countless hours building ships, exploring the galaxy, hunting down bounties, fighting battles, building outposts, discovering new quests and more. One of my favorite games of all time and I highly recommend it
had fun
I am tired of all the bugs. I placed an outpost on a moon then left the moon to get more resources and when i came back the outpost does not show up on the moon but still has the icon saying there is an outpost there.
Starfield is exactly what you’ve heard: yes, there are a ton of loading screens, exploration isn’t seamless, and the graphics swing wildly between breathtaking vistas and textures that feel straight out of the Xbox 360 era. The main story isn’t the most compelling or cinematic either. All of that is true. And yet, I keep coming back. The roleplay is pure Bethesda. You can ignore Constellation entirely and carve out your own path. Want to be a space miner? Go for it. A scientist hopping from planet to planet scanning flora and fauna? Absolutely. Maybe you’d rather build a manufacturing empire and rake in millions. One day I’ll spend hours tinkering with ship designs, another I’ll be expanding my outpost to harvest new industrial resources. Starfield lets you be everything, or it lets you roleplay exactly what your character would do. It’s not a game for everyone, but it’s definitely a game for me.
For an old school gamer this is great. I had no expectations to disappoint and so I'm enjoying the game. has mass effect and firefly vibes which i love.
I don't really get all the hate for Starfield. I've put a ton of time into it and I'm only a few achievements away from 100%. Yeah the launch was a little rough but Bethesda has improved the game a lot since then and I've had a blast with it. Between the quests, exploration, ship building, and just wandering off to see what I can find I've definitely gotten my money's worth. I'm playing through Shattered Space now and I'm really enjoying that too. It's not a perfect game and it doesn't need to be. If you like Bethesda RPGs where you can explore at your own pace and disappear into side quests for hours there's a lot here to enjoy. It ended up being one of those games I kept coming back to and I'm glad I stuck with it.
Certainly very flawed but ultimately not bad. It's very clearly Fallout 4/76 copy pasted into space but if you can get it for a good price, it's pretty fun especially after recent updates.
