Starfield is the first new universe in 25 years from Bethesda Game Studios, the award-winning creators of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Fallout 4.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 12.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 15.71/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I've played 1869h. Starfield is a space game with a Bethesda touch but with a different sensation from other Bethesda Games. Among it's downsides it is a game that had potential in settlements and they don't have much protagonism on the game and action and raids that threaten them are almost absent, also the game seems afraid of hard consecuences of choices and the elimination of "big fishes" the hard way, somehow CEO's and such are bulletproof but guards and nobodies can be shot at, there is a tendency to go one path. Main quest flops. And faction quests are good but lack effetcs in the whole world. The historic moment in the game kind of sets an ambient where things are stable and without mayor threats, something Terran Armada adresses a little bit. It could be set in a time of war between faction where mayor political drama happens, with tension and consecuences if you choose a faction, but they chose other direction and give a lot of UN vibes. Companions have the same moral principles, for me this decision is impossible to understand, and some of the back stories and companion quests are undermined by this. The good things are that it is kind of adictive, go somewhere, clean a dungeon of enemies, watch the landscape. It is a game to blow off some steam. Also since Free Lanes ship gameplay improved, allowing to enjoy more your ship and the interiors, specially If you use mods for more interior uses; and boarding and fighting ships in my case is entretaining. The character creator is very good, where you can sculpt your character, wich is less good in other space games that are better in other areas like No Man Sky. Ther are room for improvements: Encounters while cruising on your ship, maybe boarding and defending your vessel could be possible, and making more interdictions that are not optional. Encounters and diversity of combat on planets, more missions with the factions and going deep on the lore. More diversity in the pool of dungeons of the procedural generation machine...All this is possible If they don't abandon the game. Because behind Starfield there are good ideas. In conclussion, buy the game If you want a chill game and not expecting the definitive space game, it is not the best space game ever made and yet at the same time it has its ways of making you replay, otherwise I wouldn't have so much hours into it. It is not X4 Foundations, Elite Dangerous or No Man Sky. It is good to live a little of a space fantasy. Is not complex and it is a good game for pass some time. And that is it

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 23: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

fun combat, good storytelling, and cool places to explore. I dont know what it was like at launch but I have been having a blast like I used to on older bethesda games
excellent game.
The game is insane.
Ein Super Zeitvertreib und der typische Humor ala Skyrim Like.
I honestly don't understand all the hate that Starfield gets. I had a great time playing it. The game offers a huge universe to explore, fun quests, interesting factions, and the freedom to build your own ship and play the way you want. The visuals, soundtrack, and overall atmosphere are also excellent and really make exploring space enjoyable. That said, I do understand some of the major criticisms. The biggest issues are the frequent loading screens, the repetitive procedurally generated planets, and the lack of seamless space travel. The exploration can sometimes feel less rewarding than expected, and the NPCs and facial animations aren't always as impressive as they could be. The main story is also a bit slow at the beginning. Even with those flaws, I think the positives outweigh the negatives. If you enjoy Bethesda-style RPGs with lots of exploration, side quests, and role-playing, there's a lot to love here. It isn't a perfect game, but it's definitely much better than many people make it out to be. Rating: 8.5/10
I really enjoy this game.
