Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Same day: best UK #60, worst AU #93 · 5 markets collected
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Credits are rolling as I write this. That's in itself says a lot about the game to me already, seeing my ginormous library with (mostly) unfinished games. This genuinely took me by surprise. Play it slow, walking around and listening to the random conversations, immersing in the world. The game has a great atmosphere and beautiful level design for most of the villages, towns, camps and cities. Especially the markets and cantina's (relax, play a game of Sabacc), such nice details and little set-pieces. Was great just walking around the Star Wars Universe and taking everything in. Outside civilization, you find beautiful landscapes to bike/explore, lots of well-written side-quests and intel to retrieve (to upgrade abilities, for cash, reputation with the syndicates, etc;). Just don't get caught clearing each map for the collectables and small treasures. Get back to the main quests in time before you burn-out (something I tend to often do). Not a huge fan of the platforming and jumping/climbing around. After a while you really start to wonder: "Who the hell placed all these convenient and totally handy things for me to leap from". It's the main thing I always grow tired of in the Ubisoft games. It's great fun once in a while, like to break in or out of fortresses, but it's really just ALL THE TIME. Also, vents. Don't know how to proceed? Look for a vent or up for something to grapple. The slicing mini-games are also 'meh' (timing and memory), I turned them off after the first few hours. Combat and ship combat are decent. I eventually modded the pick-up weapons to have 999 ammo so I could just blast if I wanted to blast. And common, an A300 or E-11 has to cool down after 3 seconds of firing? Let me have some fun! The progression system is sometimes a hit and a miss. New abilities/shooting modes are cool, the smaller upgrades for those are more tedious and create busywork. Cool story and well-written, almost got emotional at the final scene meaning I actually cared for the crew. Sound design and sound track are excellent. Highly recommended.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 4: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7/day in the week to Aug 11 → 18.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Playing this game gets me completely lost in the Star Wars universe. The environments are insanely detailed and realistic, and even the smallest details have clearly been carefully considered. From the ambient sounds and little interactions between NPCs to the design of buildings, machinery, and interiors, everything makes the world feel alive and authentic. I also like how a whole DLC is centered around Sabacc. Sometimes this game feels almost like GTA V, with heists, wanted levels and getting chased by the authorities. Other times, it feels like I'm in an action movie, improvising my way through a chaotic situation. And then there are moments where I genuinely feel like a Rebel spy from Andor, quietly infiltrating an Imperial facility and trying not to get caught. Somehow, all of these different experiences fit together naturally and make me feel like I'm actually living as an outlaw in the Star Wars universe. The thing I genuinely feel this game is missing is a co-op mode. Pulling off heists with a friend or a small crew of online players would fit the outlaw fantasy perfectly and take this game to another level. The other drawback is that enemy AI can be surprisingly blind, making infiltration way too easy once you learn their patterns.
See below what i copied for my steam return request i run on a 3 strikes and your out policy when i buy AAA games, first glitch was NPCs T posing at random (not a huge deal but still a bit annoying), second was falling through the map and dying from rooms not rendering right, and the 3rd was the character randomly going into combat stances because enemies were not loading in right and appearing out of thin air during important sequences. I only got to play for 20 minutes because the other 35 minutes of playtime was loading screens or restarting the game because it was stuck in a loading screen. It is a shame because i had been really hopeful for this game when i saw it.
So glad I waited until big sales until buying this. Terrible game. It's like someone said let's make Star Wars RDR, but skimp on the budget and love.
I'm never listening to game reviews again. The hate for this game is underserved. 9/10
I unironically like this game more than any of the recent Assassin's Creed games. Very good.
To sum this game up: Bland. It sounds and looks like Star Wars. The story tries hard to be Star Wars-ish, but really just uses a lot of tropes to sail along a 'I want to be free so I need money' line. There's a lot of Ubisoft filler thrown in that is instantly forgettable. Nothing is offensive, but nothing is memorable. The main story is okay, but you've seen it before and Kay as a protagonist isn't very likeable or interesting. ND-5 has some moments, but those are rare. Overall it feels like a phone-it-in Star Wars license title with too much padding. Might be worth it if you are bored and it is on a deep discount, but otherwise I would not waste any money on it (like I did).
I honestly don’t understand all the hate this game got. Is it perfect? No. I ran into a couple of bugs during my playthrough, but nothing game-breaking. Most of them were the kind of odd issues you Google once, work around in five minutes, and never think about again. Beyond that, this has been one of the most enjoyable Star Wars games I’ve played since Knights of the Old Republic. Massive absolutely nailed the atmosphere. Walking through cantinas, dealing with crime syndicates, playing Sabacc, flying between planets, and just existing in the Star Wars universe felt fantastic. It captures the “scoundrel” fantasy better than I expected. Kay Vess is a surprisingly likable protagonist, Nix steals every scene he’s in, and the worlds are gorgeous. The reputation system adds some meaningful decision-making, and the game rewards exploration without making every objective feel like a checklist. If you’re expecting a revolutionary RPG like KOTOR, this isn’t that. But if you’re looking for a fun, immersive Star Wars adventure where you get to live the life of an outlaw, it’s absolutely worth your time. For me, this has been the best Star Wars game since KOTOR—and that’s about the highest compliment I can give it.
Bought it on a sale to see if it really is as bad as some people make it out to be. And it really seems to be. Don't even know if the story is all that bad, but already ran into bugs and crashes early on. Maybe if they ever fix all the bugs it might be worth the sale price. They really should've just let EA handle this franchise, because clearly it's too much for Ubisoft to handle.
