My favorite twin-stick platformer. 👍 A different experience every time, and meaningfully so. Searching for the next item that will improve your chances of surviving a run is invigorating. 💪 I played it before Spelunky 1 and 2 so I went back to play those... this is better. 🏆 Hard until you understand what's going on, but the game rewards your familiarity. It's highly masterable. 🎓 I'm left hoping for a sequel or DLC. 🙏 Be sure to make one of the bumper or shoulder buttons your jump. Aside from “move left or right”, it is more important a verb in this game than even "jump". 💡 Runs on anything. Perfect on Steam Deck

It has so much personality. I really want to get back to this game some time soon. It ended up having a lot more gameplay than I was expecting. Definitely a play your way/puzzle adventure rouge-like done right. Also lovvve the baddies and settings so much, and so many hidden goodies.

Like Spelunky, only fun! Much easier, no cheap traps, many more items!

Rather solid title, has proper charm. Feels like more merciful Spelunky. Perhaps too much so, I at times found myself killing bosses in a matter of seconds before they got to do much due to my high damage. None the less, given the price point, it's easy to recommend for fans of the genre, could be a great stepping stone for less experienced players, too.
