About
In the 31st century, Space Trash Scavengers roam the cosmos, risking their lives for riches amongst the debris of an ancient war.

Build your Space Rig–a 3D raft with artificial gravity, power, trash processing, farming and defense. Craft the everyday food, fuel, weapons, ammo and space suit upgrades you’ll need to survive out here in the vastness of the cosmos. Automate your factory, using conveyor pads to deliver ingredients between your machines.
In space there is no up or down! Expand your base in any direction for the most efficient layout. Once you are equipped with the necessary fuel and a warp drive, you’ll be free to explore other sectors and continue your mission.

Circumnavigate tiny asteroids, fly between abandoned outposts, and board derelict spaceships as they orbit the system. Take caution, however, and remember to keep your jetpack fuel topped up–you’ll need it to get back to your Space Rig safe and sound!
Each salvage zone is a procedurally generated, dynamic, and ever-changing open world.

You are an employee for the galaxy’s number one waste disposal firm, stranded far away from home with a mission to clean the galaxy from the remains of a galactic war. Space trash is your main resource. Whether it is salvaged debris floating in space, advanced and rare tech from wrecked ships, or scavenged goods from asteroid surfaces, you’ll want to snatch it all up!
Recycle and refine it to produce valuable goods that will net a tidy sum on the Trash Exchange, and spend it to upgrade your kit. Use conveyor pads, splitters and more to automate as much or as little of the process as you want.

You’re not alone amid the wreckage. Alien bots patrol most sectors of space nowadays and they’ll be drawn to you as your operation expands.
You’ll need a steady aim, impeccable defenses, and an upgraded armory to protect your Space Rig from the dangers of these foes. Survival depends on your ability to defend yourself!

Pretty fun game for what it is. Got so engrossed in make a single input sushi belt system to craft every item I forgot to do the main functions of the game and sell stuff. Unfortunately doing this has tanked my frame rate which I blame the particle effects of the belts despite having them turned to low in the settings. I have to pause the crafting system in order to be able to move my ship with delayed inputs but I am glad I am able to do this from the gitgo unlike having to progress to unlock filter sorting. My next project is to make Unicron, a ship that goes over the max size of a planet and I cannot stress this enough, don't do this. Hopefully switching from belts to chests will improve performance. You can fill chests with 1x of an item that will never get input (credit cards IE) so they will automatically pass along anything that gets inputted which is a fantastic system. Also ships having their own gravitaional field letting me create two sides; so my ship has a crafting side and a storage side which is a really cool system despite it being a flat plane.
I dont understand all the complaints about this game. When I saw the trailer I knew what i was in for. I am almost 4 hours into the game and not surprised in its grind and repetitive nature. its a factory type game in space. If you aren't looking for a game where it takes time to get what you want you are in the wrong genre of games. If you are looking for a game with a mindless amount of grind and decent amount of combat. I would say check this game out. If its not the type of game you are into just refund it. also if you are complaining about the movement speed learn to use the grapple gun. embrace your inner spiderman.
This is a very fun, and very chill, game. flying around collecting junk and ores, building out my base, fighting the local space pests, it's a good time. If I had to pick my favourite thing out of everything I like about the game, it would have to be the music. I love that it has a strong "outdoor country" feel to it, I especially find the use of Banjo amusing, as I've heard that in a handful of games now and in a way, it makes sense. However, there are a couple of complaints, but nothing to do with the gameplay or anything, they're more technical than anything. 1. The filter conveyors don't work all the time, if Item A doesn't have a filter set for it, then it should go forward, however, under half the time, items WILL go along the filtered direction. 2. my character struggles to align with the floor, and sometimes he will fire his jetpack randomly without my input. 3. The camera also struggles with aligning with orientation sometimes, but that's not the worst part, sometimes, for a single frame, the camera will wildly point in a random direction when flying around my base. But yeah, nice game, very chill.
Fun game.
This game is awesome! However, the gravity is a little glitchy when walking from one cube of the space rig to another and sometimes does not let you transfer to another cube directly. Other than that It is a fantastic game and I am looking forward to playing it all the way through.
Even though i was gifted this game, It still makes it a Good one but what i wish is that it wouldn't play the loudest audio when you fly into the gas giant.. Still waiting on flying into the strange fireball, What makes the game good is when you have a movable rig, customizable in size, and creative users like me LOVE these games.
Well after a while it gets a bit grindy. i would recomend to add/change: -A cubit itempedia: so you can find out where the resource comes from example: Fe cubits: Scrap, Hull piece, .... -Direct stockmarket course: if you hover over a Product i would like to see the stock market course next to its value for that Product so i dont have to search for it in the stockmarket. -Factory / production lines controll panel: (this one mihgt be hard) be able to controll all Machines / production lines in one Panel. for production lines an option for all Machines to produce a ceration amount of goods (without having to go to every singel machine) -Inventory sorting: a Button so you can sort your inventory -Delivery quests for costumers wich buy the product at a higher price than the stock market. Smaller Things: -Stacking should move over full stacks aswell -Stacks should go up to 20 for Trash (the more fits in the inv the less empting the less travel time) -Watering plants: the field in wich the plant is growing should be a hitbox for the water aswell. -The digging feeling: it feels off because of the amount you get from the ore vein (mihgt need to crank up that drop rate a bit) -Theres a massive diffrence in resources example: iron and carbon cubits after 50h i had around 2k of iron cubits while still scraping for carbon cubits. -Cubits should stay in the production line: (mihgt just be my production line) everytime i get close or go thru the production line (bc im too lazy to go around) i pick up cubits. so i think cubits shouldn't be able to be picked up in between machines .at the end of the line sure. (you can make it a option to turn on / off) (or add hologram pipes between the connections) -(why does a rug need zinc to build?) Bugs: -The damage numbers don't show up after breaking down a few veins (fix upon restart) -The Moving of items with Quick Move is nearly slower than draging (it lags for me?) All in all its good but it needs some more fixing.
While I lost interest after leaving after the first jump, I think this game is a good fit for those that like the genre. The exploration and looting is satisfying, equipment variety and upgrades are present. Base building is comfortable and there's plenty to learn and improve upon as you play. The recycled content as a gameplay cycle was what I found offputting and it never got better after a few hops. It felt like I would either have to metagame grind money for new features to play with, or rush across the sector map and into the next zone. Given the games naturally slow pacing, this was a red flag for me as I would be literally waiting as a core element of the game. While that's not for me, those that don't mind repetative gameplay cycles and casual sandbox play will likely enjoy it.
I barely played for 10 hours and I'm already burnt out. Great idea on paper, tedious and gets old quickly in practice. There's no intrigue here. Only work.
This is such a relaxation from all these serious space games and RPGs full of bugs. This one does what it says and works well. But don't get me wrong: The various enemies in this game are to be taken seiously, the game mechanics are quite interesting and original.
