Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 6.14/day in the week to Aug 14 → 6.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 23: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

The levels of sucking ass the DLC does cannot be comprehended by a human mind. If you had any questions to the base game, they are amplified tenfold, and much stuff you might've enjoyed becomes a huge slog for no reason whatsoever They turned a solid enjoyable title into something that is more brain obliterating to play than Shadow '05's worst levels HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE
I Really Tried to Like It...
So, after giving Sonic Frontiers a second chance, I've got to say... I really tried to like it, but it gets boring faster than Sonic can run. To be honest, I didn't even make it out of the first open-world area. There was one level that I really enjoyed because it actually felt like a traditional Sonic game, but it was way too short. It was like eating a piece of chocolate—really good, but over before you know it. If anything, it just made the open world feel even emptier. I'm sure that was the intention, but it's just not my cup of tea. The controls are mostly okay. Maybe I'm still traumatized by Sonic '06', so my standards are a little weird, but Frontiers' controls felt a bit awkward at times. I also ran into a glitch during the fight with that giant enemy where you have to climb it and destroy the three pillars. That didn't exactly leave a great impression. Another thing that annoyed me was the constant cutscenes whenever a "special" enemy appeared. Why does the game need to interrupt me every single time? One of those cutscenes even got me killed because the action resumed before I was ready. It also completely kills the momentum when you're just enjoying running around.
Now for the positives:
As usual, SEGA absolutely nails the music. Their soundtracks are always one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back to their games. The graphics are also pretty good... with one big caveat. The object render distance can be pretty rough. I assume it was limited because of the Switch version, but I'm playing on a PC with good specs, so it's disappointing to still see those pop-in issues.

In the end, I can't recommend this game. Maybe I'll give it another shot someday, but for now I'd much rather replay Sonic Mania or the Sonic Adventure games.
This game has the worst controls oat, dont buy this game is f*cky controls p*ss you off
great game but rough around the edges impossible to play without mods performance is absolute ♥♥♥♥
Totalmente recomendado.
My favourite glorified tech demo with rushed story, acting and just awful in msot ways Play sonic heroes, it's peak
