The levels of sucking ass the DLC does cannot be comprehended by a human mind. If you had any questions to the base game, they are amplified tenfold, and much stuff you might've enjoyed becomes a huge slog for no reason whatsoever They turned a solid enjoyable title into something that is more brain obliterating to play than Shadow '05's worst levels HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE

the best way for me to describe this game is to describe it as a sonic game with no style, no identity, janky, unfinished gameplay and filler content. maybe 5% of the game is actually fun, and the rest of it is busywork that pads out the playtime I would prefer a concise game like sonic generations that has dense and replayable content over a game that pads out its content with bad collectible hunting, rife with some of the most infuriating level design ever also cyberspace would be good if the physics and camera weren't ridiculously annoying to tussle with play it on sale for maybe 15, paying full price for this game (50 pounds) was a massive and insane regret.

Overall my dream and the best game i have ever played yet, hopes for more updates in collabs and more!

To me the pillars of Sonic are speed, reaction and traversal. The pillars of Sonic Frontiers are: ... this is just Breath of the Wild's homework with the name crossed out. Contstantly stops you to do a text 'tutorial' dump, and slow camera pan I love BotW but this feels like a bait and switch.

So this game is amazing, if not a bit janky (show me a Sonic game that isn't,) but it seems to have issues with multi-second long freezes on 8th and 9th gen Intel CPUs which my computer happens to have so I've had to download Hedge Mod Manager to fix it and the game works fine now. I'm going to leave this as a positive review because the game genuinely is awesome and the issue I experienced is ultimately quite niche, but still, it's kind of unacceptable that it happens.
