Super cute fun way to kill time. Also the names of the boss cats are adorable.
It's quite good. There were moments where grinding felt like a bit too slow, but otherwise the pacing was fine. There are choices to make along the way as for which upgrades/weapons you choose, but that just serves as something to give a bit of a thought. I'ts not enough to warrant another playthrough with different choices. I spent a bit too long in the endgame as the final scene (after 100% tree completion) is quite unsatisfactory and I thought something maybe happens later, but unfortunatelly that was it.
Good, but janky
Everything is quite good except 1 of the impactful upgrades being broken and dev doesnt update his games, be warned.

While i got the game during "bullet fest" - i dont think its EXACTLY a bullet hell. It's more of a "single-tower defence" a-la "The perfect tower" and "BastionOS", but with an ability to relocate from the center whenever you want wherever you want (with a limited use but still). Tree is quite diverse, but at times it can be hard to find the upgrades that you are aiming for. And some of the weapons have a dmg multiplier against certain enemies, but it wont tell you which until you find that upgrade after buying the weapon. You can refund the upgrades, but only if you are ready to re-purchase every upgrade before it, because it refunds EVERYTHING. You cant refund individually. I saw that concept in [strike]some incremental demo on itch where you were a healer[/strike] Master Healer Kale with useless party, this dev made both of them, now i see why they're familiar... That refund concept is annoying, but its still better than not having it. Treat is as if its not supposed to even be there. One thing i didnt expect from an incremental: performance issues. Upon entering mid-game phase, your framerate in upgrade menu will get progressively worse the further you get, i dropped from 120 to 40!!! in the end-game. It decreases passively/while moving map around/opening sub-menu's, these can combine (my anti-record is 18 FPS xd). But the gaming part of the game stood at 120 FPS, it's good there. And aside performance issues, there's a single progression issue: "Heart of gold" upgrade which is supposed to permanently increase your HP when tower kills someone, doesnt work. That means you'll be playing without one of the most HP impactful upgrades into endgame, which forces you to either go glass-cannon playstyle or grind for other survivability upgrades. This will be noticable at levels 15-20. That might be a deal-breaker for some people, but its managable to get through without it. Judging by complete lack of any "news" (even in any of his games lmao) - safe to say these issues wont be fixed. Unlucky. Here's some more :D

It has hotkeys (good), but instead of being more conventional, they're assigned with the "first letter of a feature" binded to them: "P" to Pause instead of "ESC" (ESC doesnt work at all here), "S" to Stroll (start) instead of "Space/enter", "T" to Try again, etc.
No options while strolling (not like there's given much to change)
After finishing the game - zoom in/out with scroll wheel got broken, restarting the game fixed it
Custom cursor could be nice, had issues in end-game finding it among the chaos
Would've liked a full stats screen to be unlocked upon completing the game. I already got these stats shown to me in credits, why cant i have them in menu?

It's a good game in general. It's just the "laggy menu navigation" and "one certain progression stall moment" issues holding it back from being 100% worthy of its full price, because in this state, i'd say -20% would be a sale threshold to try this game out. Such a shame dev doesnt update his games xd.
Short, but very cute and very fun. Totally worth the very VERY cheap price as it was worth some few hours playing it. Now I just want to go play the other one in the aquarium too
Extremamente divertido e simples, mas ainda sim requer movimento constante do mouse e de Soba para sobreviver mais. Mais um incrível jogo do Evrac! Super recomendo!
This was a great little game! You can strategize your upgrades, or you can just brute-force it, so you get some flexibility of play style. And the theming is very cute. I'd love to see a sequel.
Really Fun, and worth the price. I was already going to give it a thumbs up, and the credits just reinforced it <3 I look forward to more games!
Простенько, но миленько, на 6 часов вполне затянуло :3
i enjoy any game with skill tree so 10/10
