O Silent Hill 2 Remake conseguiu algo que parecia impossível: respeitar um dos jogos mais importantes da história e, ao mesmo tempo, modernizá-lo de forma brilhante. A atmosfera é simplesmente impecável. Cada rua coberta pela neblina, cada ambiente abandonado e cada detalhe sonoro trabalham juntos para criar uma tensão constante que prende do início ao fim. Os gráficos são impressionantes e elevam a imersão a outro nível. A iluminação, as expressões dos personagens e o trabalho de ambientação fazem Silent Hill parecer mais vivo — ou melhor, mais perturbador — do que nunca. A trilha sonora continua magnífica, misturando nostalgia com uma qualidade técnica excepcional. A jogabilidade recebeu melhorias que tornam a exploração e o combate muito mais fluidos, sem perder a sensação de vulnerabilidade que define a franquia. Tudo parece cuidadosamente pensado para manter o jogador envolvido na experiência. Mas o maior destaque continua sendo a narrativa. A história de James é emocionante, profunda e inesquecível, abordando culpa, perda e sofrimento de uma forma que poucos jogos conseguem. É uma experiência que permanece na mente mesmo depois dos créditos. A Bloober Team mostrou um enorme respeito pelo material original e entregou um remake que faz jus ao legado de Silent Hill 2. Para fãs antigos, é a melhor forma de revisitar esse clássico. Para quem nunca jogou, é uma oportunidade perfeita de conhecer uma das maiores obras do terror nos videogames. 10/10. Um remake exemplar, uma experiência inesquecível e, sem dúvida, um dos melhores jogos de terror já feitos.

When I first learned that I was going to die, I just didn’t want to accept it. I was so angry all the time and I struck out at everyone I loved the most… Especially you, James. That’s why I understand if you do hate me. But I want you to know this, James. I’ll always love you. Even though our life together had to end like this, I still wouldn’t trade it for the world. We had some wonderful years together. Well, this letter has gone on too long, so I’ll say goodbye. I told the nurse to give this to you after I’m gone. Silent Hill bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Ich wurde freundlich von dichtem Nebel empfangen. Man sieht zwar nichts, aber dafür hört man ständig Dinge, die man lieber nie gehört hätte. Die Einwohner sind... zurückhaltend. Sie sprechen kaum mit mir und versuchen stattdessen, mich mit allem zu erschlagen, was sie finden können. Sehr eigenwillige Art, Gäste zu begrüßen. Aber immerhin waren sie konsequent. Zum Glück liegen überall Gesundheitsdrinks aus Automaten, die wahrscheinlich seit den 80ern nicht mehr gewartet wurden, und Munition herum. Offenbar wusste die Stadt, dass ich vorbeikomme. Das nenne ich Gastfreundschaft. Das Faszinierende ist, dass die Stadt sich jedes Mal steigert. Ich denke: "Das war das Schlimmste." Silent Hill: "Awww ... bist du süß." Ich wollte eigentlich nur meine Frau finden. Stattdessen habe ich jede einzelne schlechte Entscheidung meines Lebens noch einmal in HD erlebt. Insgesamt ein fantastischer Aufenthalt. Ich weiß zwar immer noch nicht, wo Mary ist... aber immerhin kenne ich jetzt jede einzelne meiner unterdrückten Traumata persönlich.

优化烂到爆，5060开帧生成最低画质只有60帧左右，偶尔还会卡帧一段时间，帧数骤然下降到30帧左右，堪比早期的怪物猎人荒野，这还是开了帧生成的情况，不开帧生成的话实际帧数只有15帧，就这种优化开发商居然一年多的时间都没有优化好。 此外，游戏的引导也非常差，美其名曰是解迷，但很多上锁的门都不明显，室外雾太大加上室内场景太黑，有些上锁的门根本找不到，严重拖慢了游戏进度。 画面和恐怖氛围是不错，战斗系统做的也还行，但是灾难性的寻路体验毁了这一切，糟糕的优化更是让人气愤，既然开发商一年多的时间都不做优化，那这差评就永远收着吧

男主这脸的表情动作跟xnova 叶建伟一模一样啊，我说怎么看着面熟233 烟雾掉帧、过场动画30帧、窗帘15帧、拉电闸掉帧、怪喷毒掉帧，下雨掉帧，我玩你吗，这种优化不可能好评。 游戏也并不恐怖，我眼里只有四腿怪死亡的呻吟和护士身材的曲线。
