Silenced: The House

Wow... This was an amazing experience that I certainly did not expect from a game with such a low price. Can't say it's a masterpiece; but it was one of the best narrative experiences I've ever had. The way the story was unfolding and how events happening were related to certain characters was simply beautiful. I'd love to talk about the story; but I don't want to give any spoilers. For this price, this game is truly a hidden gem and if you like visual novels and storytelling in general, you'll get a satisfying experience here, maybe even an inspiring one, such as in my case. Of course the game isn't perfect; but with such a well crafted experience for such a small fee, complaining about rough edges is just nitpicking. I imagine the game had a very small budget; but the overall end product is very cohesive and well-put. From the 3D assets to 2D CGs to music, especially music, it was quite a worthwhile experience. I'm aspiring to be a video game composer and had some experience working with a small but brilliant team and this game both gave me hope regarding my dreams to be a part of such a game and proved to me that one can create great and compelling experiences as long as there's heart put into it, no matter how small sized or limitedly crafted they can be. I want to give a shoutout to everyone who worked on this game. You people are awesome! I wish to see more and bigger things from you in the future. Well done!

This is one of the most interesting little horror games I have played. It most certainly was not what I was expecting it to be nor did it take any road I thought it was gonna take when I started the game. I thought it would be your typical spooks and specters kinda haunting but this has a bit of everything and the a I have to say the ghost designs were just amazing. I love the ghost Though some of the main character designs were meh. I did end up liking the story in the end. Some may call it cliche but it really isn't the typical ghost story in any form. The characters actual reasons lean to the cliche side for the most part not the general story. I am actually glad I picked this one up and took my time with it. The English is broken from off and on but still understandable enough. The music in the game was a nice surprise that I quiet enjoyed. My favorite ghost was the one wrapped in bandages leading a horde of other ghosts by far.

It was a fun game to play through once, with it being easy to get all the achievements. However i didn't really care for all the guys being desperate to sleep with the girls,it was just drug out to much. Overall i'd say this is a good game to play and very quick as well.

Запустила, посидела 15 минут и вырубила. Читать невозможно, авто-переключение текста работает еле как, а переключать мышкой нереально, три строки можно щелкнуть, потом игра неделю думает, еще три строки щелкнула, опять неделю игра думает, невозможно просто. И вот вроде заинтересовала новелла, и музыка вроде неплоха, но как читать когда ну не переключаются строки без танцев с бубном? Настройки регулируют только размер шрифта, скорость текста и частоту авто-переключения, во время которой так же после каждой пары строк игра думает над переключением очень долго, успеваешь одну и ту же строку прочесть раз 12. Хоть игра и стоит копейки, но пожалуй попробую оформить возврат. Разработчик, сделай нормальное переключение строк мышкой по щелчку...

Короткая, но очень приятная новелла. Определенно палец вверх!
