흔한 히든 오브젝트 게임 배급사는 다르지만 문디사의 히든 오브젝트 게임을 많이 했다면 진행 방식이 익숙할듯하다 히든 오브젝트가 익숙하지 않다면 방탈출 게임이나 포인트앤 클릭 게임이라 생각하면 될듯 [h3]단점[/h3] - 일단 버그가 너무 많다. 게임 중간에 전체화면 모드>창 모드로 바꾸니 클립 재생에 버그가 나서 까만 화면만 보인다. 끄고 전체화면으로 바꾸니 다시 동영상이 재생됨. 혹시 동영상 클립이 재생 안되고 까만 화면만 보인다면 옵션에 화면 비율들을 건드려보자. 그 외에도 지도에 행동 가능한 곳을 !로 표시해주는데 이게 종종 이상한데를 알려주거나 행동 가능한 곳에 ! 표시가 안되는 등 지도만 믿고 하다 막힐 수도 있으니 주의. 힌트 버튼도 지도랑 연계되는지 종종 엉뚱한 곳을 가르킨다. 정 막히면 유툽같은 곳에 walkthrough (플레이 동영상)을 검색해보자. 그 외에도 자잘하게 버그가 있다 - 한글화탓인지 모르겠으나 텍스트가 종이 안에 표시 되야 하는게 종이를 뚫고 표시되서 글자를 읽을 수 없는 경우가 많다. 스토리는 중간 중간 재생되는 클립만 봐도 알 수 있으나 자잘한 스토리나 퍼즐 푸는 힌트들도 놓치는 경우가 있어서 플레이 내내 신경이 쓰였다 - 21년도에 출시되어서 요새 나온 게임인가 했으나 스팀에 이식된 날짜라 실제로는 꽤 오래된 게임이었다. 와이드 화면이 적용안되는 게임이라니 한 10년 전에 나온 게임인듯; 해상도가 꽤 안좋으니 감안하고 하자 - 미니 게임에 힌트가 너무 없거나 대놓고 정답을 알려주는 센스. 어떤 식으로 풀어라라고 하는 힌트 정도는 줘야하는데 화면 오른쪽 위에 ?힌트를 누르면 아무것도 안나오거나 아에 정답을 보여주는 경우가 많다. 그러다 보니 눈치껏 풀긴 풀어도 이게 왜 정답이지? 싶은 경우가 종종 있었다 - 쓸데 없이 찾아야하는 도구류(망치나 칼은 왜 한번 쓰면 사라지는지)가 너무 많은건 둘째치고, 비슷한 도구라도 적용되는 곳은 단 한곳이니 칼 찾으면 자를 수 있는 곳을 전부 돌면서 꼭 맞는 장면을 찾아야하는게 불합리했다. 가뜩이나 맵도 넓고 후반 아이템을 초반 장소에서 이용해야 하는 경우가 많아서 맵 돌아다니는 시간이 대부분이라 이부분이 너무 루즈했다 - 도전 과제나 트레이딩 카드가 없다 [h3]장점[/h3] - 한글화. 기계 번역이라 어색한 부분은 많으나 스토리 이해하는데는 무리가 없었다. 종종 글자가 깨지는지 ?로 표시되는 글자가 있는데 대부분 ㄸㅉㄲ같은된소리가 들어가면 그러는듯. 눈치껏 플레이하자. 숨은 그림 찾기 부분에서도 ?로 뜨는것 이외에는 아주 이상하게 해석된건 없어서 대부분은 무리 없이 플레이 가능했다. 정 못찾겠으면 힌트 쓰자 - 스토리. 할로윈 분위기도 좋고 스토리도 흥미로웠다. 공포스러운거 원했다면 조금 실망할 수도 있고 갑툭튀가 한두번 정도 있다 - 미니 게임도 많고 숨은 그림 찾기 장면도 많다. 미니 게임은 종류도 다양한 편. 정 어려우면 스킵도 되니 부담이 적다 - 가격. 할인 안해도 비싼건 아닌데 85%할인을 워낙 자주하니 천원도 안하는 가격에 플탐이 4시간이 넘으니 가격대비 혜자 사실 게임 자체만 놓고보면 잔버그류가 많고 텍스트 표기 오류가 많아서 게임 후에 뭔가 '게임 재밌게 잘했네' 같은 느낌은 별로 안들어서 100점 만점에 한30점 주고 싶은데, 가격이 싸고 플탐이 꽤 되니 한 50점 주고 싶다. 영어로 했으면 더 점수가 높았을수도?

Very enjoyable.

The second "Hidden Object" game I've played in my entire life after "Sea Legends: Phantasmal Light". So it holds nostalgic value to me. At that time, this was a fun experience. I genuinely enjoyed myself. So when I saw this on Steam at a good discount, I didn't hesitate to get it ... And I kind of regret my purchase. The steam port was not well-made. Most of the cutscenes don't work for some reason, displaying a dark screen with dialogue playing in the back. The diary entries get unlocked in an uncohesive order. [i]For example : As the MC, how am I supposed to write my thoughts about the nanny when I haven't even given her what she seeks ? And she wasn't the only character ...[/i] Interactions are sometimes locked for some reason. You would spot the hidden object on the list, click on it, nothing would happen, click on the hint system to point you exactly towards the item you've already spotted, only this time it's clickable. Was this supposed to prevent a quick progression or something ? Or is it just a bug ? The story was ... Lackluster. The premise is so interesting, but the execution was weak. Anyways, [b]definitely not worth the 8 dollars[/b]. If you want to give it a try, whether it's your first time or for nostalgia purposes, please get this at a discount. (Unless you can afford to spend any amount on games. In which case, good on you, knock yourself out !)

2013년에 나온 작품임을 감안해도 화질구지가 눈에 많이 띄는 편. 퍼즐의 난이도는 어렵지 않은데 설명 없이 대뜸 풀라고 하는 경우가 많아서 힌트를 보려고 (?)를 눌렀더니 그냥 답을 알려줘버리는 얼탱 없는 경우가 자주 나옴. 또 아무리 숨은 그림 찾기 게임이라지만 퍼즐 하나 풀고 숨은 그림 찾고, 이야기 한 번 듣고 숨은 그림 찾고, 아이템 사용하고 숨은 그림 찾고.. 숨은 그림 찾기의 비중이 너무 과함. 한글 번역 퀄리티 자체는 나쁘지 않은데, 행렬 처리를 어떻게 한 건지 모든 문서에서 마지막 부분이 잘려있고 일부는 아예 화면을 튀어나가서 알아볼 수 없는 것도 있음. 두 세 문장마다 하나씩 글자가 깨져서 ?로 표시되기도 함. 버그도 꽤 보이는 편인데, 다행히도 게임 진행이 막힐 정도의 버그는 없지만 힌트를 써도 표시가 안 뜬다거나 맵에 진행마커가 사라진다거나 하는 등의 자잘한 것들이 많이 보임. 스토리 전개 자체는 점점 진실이 드러나는 구조라 나쁘지는 않은데.. 계속 같은 패턴의 반복이라 지겨운데다 엔딩이 허무하게 끝나버림. 다른 게임이었으면 보너스 챕터로 악역이 어떻게 되었는지, 혹은 비하인드 같은거라도 보여줬을텐데 그런 것도 없음. 전체적으로 만족할 만한 부분이 한 군데도 안 보였고 천원이라는 가격에 구매했음에도 불구하고 돈과 시간이 아깝다는 생각만 드는 작품.

I enjoyed this game, Graphics are poop for release date 21 March 2013. But over all I recommend, reading is somewhat required to understand whats going on, but not needed to simply play the game.

Colourful enjoyable story, nice little game.

I really like the game, but there seems to be some bugs. Especially with the party scene and the end scene, i just got blackscreen there. Also some coloured words in the HOS are not right. Still a really nice game, that doesnt seem to have subtittle sadly. The style is nice and the mechanic with the board is something i always love in HIOs. All in one i really liked the game. It is a bit pricey though. 15 bucks would be the max id buy it for. Apart from that i can really highly recommend it.

When I was a kid, loved playing this game but I don't think I ever got to finish it. The only puzzle I skipped was the dessert sudoku - otherwise it was all good. Good for it's time, it's outdated but that's understandable. 8/10 shadows.

I loved the story line and graphics for this game and the HO games were challenging enough. However, every single cut scene in the game was completely black! Couldn't see anything that was going on but I could hear what was being said by the characters or narrated. Frustrating but didn't effect my game play in any way just the enjoyment of the game. Would have been nice to have seen them capture the "friend" who did this in the end but maybe that was in a collector's edition bonus chapter if there ever was one made.
