About
When the world is coming to an end, who would you want to speak to one last time?
In that final moment, if you could accompany souls wandering between life and death, what words would you choose to share with them?
Schrödinger’s Call gently unfolds a picture-book-like world.
It speaks softly to your heart, helping you notice what truly matters, once more.
Through the lingering regrets of others, we hope this story quietly shines a light on you too.
Twenty-one nanoseconds separate life from death.
The moon is about to fall, and only a moment remains before everything ends.
Mary wakes up in a strange room, her memories gone.
Guided by a mysterious cat named Hamlet, she becomes the “World’s Last Confidant.”
With a single phone by her side, Mary listens to the voices on the other end.
To the lives they lived, and the moments they left behind, just before the moon fell.
Phone calls left unfinished by the falling moon. Voices of those still trapped between life and death, waiting for someone to pick up the phone again.
Words left unsaid, feelings never realized, and the people they wished they could see one last time.
As Mary notes down these lingering regrets, chapter by chapter, she walks alongside the voices on the other end—and perhaps, you begin to see what truly matters as well.
How will Mary listen to the words of souls still wandering between life and death?
How will she walk alongside them?
And with only twenty-one nanoseconds left before the world ends, what words would you choose to share with them?

QQQQ
One of the best and most interesting games I have played this year so far. Each of the chapters has its own story that will blend into one beautiful and emotional narrative. I have never played a game with an art style like this before and the soundtrack is just perfect. Overall, the game is pure art
this game really push what a "visual novel" can actually do. with the trippy visuals and artstyle and the soundtracks making every moment feels immersive (i often joked to my live commentary that this is how "interview calls" feels like), the crescendo and spiral in the important moments highlighted the intensity of emotion that was present in events on par with the brilliant usage of colours for the intensity, foreshadowing, and highlighting a certain part of the story, i think i like how the devs utilize the importance of colour psychology in the overall presentation of the game. this one plays or feels like a short fun thinking game due that it is really to piece somethign together specially if you are really paying so much attention to clues or read your notebook repeatedly (also to appreciate the art in the notebook, that is stunning) i really have fun deducting where the story might go on or come next based on the clues the game presented and the answers. but also. . . [caution, might contain spoiler] i remember eurobrady (the therapist i always watch) said (non verbatim) that "it is important to have empathy to people who witness tragedies and make extreme decisions in response to them" because mary
clearly did those and lie out of desperation, not because of the external tragedy but the internal tragedy within herself.
i cannot imagine myself, a grown up being in her shoes. now imagine being a child, that is like double the pain. the fact that some aspect of this game touches a topic that is really close to me and hits to a very personal degree i found myself literally crying at the final moments of the game, it's like someone trying to comfort me about stuff that i probably only share to either my close friends or to my psychologist/therapist what an incredible game, might not be for everyone due to its visual novel nature but, this game, is something else. . . i went in expecting to be amazed, but i come out feeling like i was comforted by someone else that probably didn't see me but emphatize to me and my experience you know now i said it, this game reminds me of that mobile game alter ego, with artstyle almost having same vibe but also the psychological nature the game has, tho alter ego is more personal and more user driven than this one but they both offer almost the same vibe and personality (and ofc, both main characters having braids LMFAO) thank you devs.
