Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Rip Current is a tense, atmospheric single-player survival horror game set in the depths of a research facility where humanity’s desperation to save the planet has birthed something far worse.
You play as Carter, a special operations contractor sent to investigate the sudden radio silence from Post Salvos, the facility at the heart of the project. Upon arrival, it becomes clear that the experiment has gone wrong. The station is in ruins, flooded and overrun by engineered predators: chief among them, a ferocious and relentless Spinosaurus.
Features:
Deep Sea Dread: Explore a sprawling, aquatic research station. Navigate tight corridors, flooded labs, and evade the creatures that stalk the waters below and the darkness ahead.
Fight or Flight: You're armed, but not with much. Choose to sneak, run or fight your way through the unleashed predators.
Discover: Uncover logs, research files, and eerie remains of the station's staff to piece together what happened.
Will you shut down the experiment before it reshapes the oceans forever, or join the lost souls of Post Salvos?

Far from perfect but dinosaur is always good and none of the jank was game breaking
Developers have found some graphics, sound effects and AI in a dumpster behind some discount store and gave them all the love and care that there is. Love you guys and wait for the next game.
Why does this game set the mouse DPI to 7.2 billion in menus? Why do the volume sliders need extreme precision? Why do the dinosaur models walk so stiffly and make the loudest stomping noises known to man? Just avoid.

Honestly I really enjoyed this! It's fairly basic and the shooting isn't very deep, but something about it's linear simplicity and clarity of vision (the devs clearly just wanted a horror dino shooter with a cool mercenary girl protagonist and I respect that massively) made it kinda special to me. Admittedly I'm slightly biased, since I got it on sale and was playing it with some great friends, but eh what can I say, I like dinosaurs, it had some fun setpieces, and liking things is fun :]
Отличная игра🔥👍 Рекомендую!
really fun short story game, has some enjoyable, not too difficult puzzles and was very to the point, only complaint was I'd want more of it, felt like it was over very quickly, give it a try especially if it's on sale
I really wanted to like this game, but I can't. Getting started was initially frustrating. Lots of jumping, and walking across logs that often get you killed. But once I started the game in earnest, it got better. I love to explore. It had it's share of puzzles, such as restoring power, which I didn't mind. Probably my biggest complaint is the long load times when you need to restart a checkpoint, which often seem far apart. I've wanted a good "Jurassic Park" type game , ever since a game called "Trespasser" came out. I bought this as a bundle with Oakwood, which I haven't tried yet. Nor have I tried the "Fossil Fuel" games yet, until the price comes down. I think over time this may prove to be enjoyable.....but for now it has a lot of "cons" that I'd like to see fixed. If you can get it real cheap though, it's worth a try.
Honestly I loved it, with that being said some parts were a little clunky and the voice acting needs some improvement but overall I would recommend the game. Looking forward to checking out more by the creator.
Game was very fun, short and simple but overall a fun experience.
还不错,喜欢恐龙的可以尝试一下,就是没有中文,英文不好的朋友可能有些剧情会不理解
