This is legitimately one of the best things I've played all year. If you like Outer Wilds, and surreal horror, and dungeon crawlers, this is *just the game for you* It's a travesty it's not more well known at the moment but mark my words it will find it's audience eventually.
A weird puzzlebox of a game. I got *an* ending at least. I have everything for the secret? ending. Or maybe just like ending 2? But either way I can't get past the final weird shmup bit. But hey one ending is good enough for me! The game is such a strangely unique experience. Everything from how it controls to how you unravel the mysteries of it to the timer on a run necessitating multiple tries until you're zooming to the last couple of areas to find remaining secrets. There were a couple bits I had to look up, I'm not too proud a gamer to admit that. I feel like there are still lots of things I haven't seen but I do think overall I got my worth out of the game. This is one of those games that I wish I could properly describe and recommend but the way you unravel it feels so unique I can't compare it to anything else. Even my steam doesn't have anything in the "Is this relevant to you?" section to compare it to. I'd say if the vibe of the trailer interests you, pick it up. It's an interesting game and I think you could do a lot worse than this for $10

Demon Dust is a delightful game of discovery and exploration. I LOVE it when games make me take notes, note down important information, codes, and pieces of the puzzle. Another thing I love is when games play with the “user interface”. In this case, I mostly mean the frame around the screen and the inventory/items system. It was also really fun finding random items that broke the homogeneity of Demon Dust’s spooky corridors and rooms, such as paintings or mannequins that always have something interesting to say. All that for such a low price! Loved my time with it, hope you will too.
Pistol whip yourself to earn blood bullets and drink from the ashes of angels all from the comfort of the inside of your old television.
i was recommended this because it was compared to outer wilds. yes the exploration style is similar. you chip away at your understanding of the world in time restricted loops until you eventually can get to the end in minutes. that's where the similarities end though, everything else is very different. very weird and interesting. pick it up if you are into experimental indie stuff.

One of my favorite games this year. satisfying and solid gameplay.
Amazing game. Had me hooked the entire time and solving every puzzle and learning every new thing about the world felt rewarding. This game's design was so on point that, without needing to explain any of its gameplay or puzzles, you can easily with your own intuition and 1 sticky note worth of notes have everything you need to finish the game. Never did I feel the need to open a youtube walkthrough because I had no idea or goal as to what to do or where to go or how to get to where I needed to go. That doesn't mean you won't feel lost at times, but if you can embrace that and follow the logic the game is trying to teach you about world traversal, the solution will come to you naturally and it won't feel given to you, it will feel earned. For an exploration game like this, it's honestly one of the highest praises you could give. Not to mention the overall design and mechanics of movement (including platforming) and using items feels just right. There was clearly a theme and design that they wanted to achieve with this game and they've hit it out of the park. If you like something a little spooky, something a little mysterious, something a little weird, while also being a full satisfying exploration and puzzle experience, I cannot recommend this game more. Play this game now.
Fantastic. The kind of game that reminds me why I love games as a medium. The atmosphere reminded me a lot of Baroque. The mechanics were unique. The game was so fun to unravel, and reaching the end felt like an accomplishment. Make sure you use Steam Overlay notes :)
