N'étant absolument pas connaisseur des autres jeux de la franchise, je me suis laissé tenter par la bande annonce du jeu. Un belle petite découverte, un petit jeu sympatique et rafraichissant. Les graphismes sont très flatteurs et tape à l'oeil, agréable à regarder et traduisant parfaitement l'ambiance du jeu. Le gameplay est sympa, pas compliqué, on est sur du point and click mais ça reste efficace, l'histoire est top également et la fin est...inatendu mais satisfaisante ! :) Belle bande son également, on est bien sur un thème pirate à la cool ! Je recommande ce jolie petit jeu :)

A labour of love and worthy successor! One of the very best modern point and click games.
A return to the classics! I love the new artstyle they chose, the voice acting is on Deponia's level, meaning it is fantastic. It is not as hard as the previous games because of the hint book, but that does not take away the wacky adventures you get to experience. Highly recommend if you like point-and-click adventure games!

All in all, I like the game. It has a lot of what I loved about MI 1 and 2 as a child and brings back many memories - especially with the numerous references to earlier adventures. And everything has somehow moved on - including the game itself. The graphics irritated me a little at first, until I completely accepted and came to love them for this part of the series. After this familiarization phase, the art design is really lovely. I was only frustrated by some of the puzzles, as it is often important to do things exactly as they are set out. So you can basically take the right approach and still fail. That's not necessarily a bad thing, as it's fairly typical for the gengre, but every now and then I would have liked at least a comment from Guybrush that the approach doesn't quite work. Sometimes I completely abandoned solutions that were actually going in the right direction, only to come back to them an hour later in frustration. But that's complaining on a high level. I would definitely look forward to a sequel.

Un vero regalo per i fan storici e una porta d'ingresso perfetta per i nuovi pirati in erba. Ron Gilbert ha colpito ancora nel segno!
Es ist Monkey Island und es hat trotz einer eigenartigen Grafik, nicht an seinem Charme verloren. Ich bin froh diese Zeit seit meiner Kindheit folgen zu dürfen. Ich habe mich an meine Vergangenheit erinnert und mich dabei Wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.
Für Monkey Island Freunde der ersten Stunde ein sehr gelungener Nachfolger: würdiger Humor, würdige Rätsel - kurz: eine tolle Hommage an alte Orte und Charaktere. Ich war jedenfalls positiv überrascht trotz anfänglicher Skepsis, was den Grafikstil anbelangt. Der paradoxe Wermutstropfen: die Serie hat einen würdigen Abschluss gefunden.
