Bru & Boegie: Episode 1 - Get da MILK!

Одразу кажу, що це перший епізод з трилогії й проходиться він за 10-30 хвилин. От аж настільки короткий. Але сама гра якісно зроблена та дуже проста, тому якщо дивно-специфічний гумор не лякає, можна спробувати, я зазвичай дуже нейтрально ставлюся до таких речей, але тут просто морально відпочив, бо жарти та стиль не занадто. Ну й ще одна гра, що прилетіла до кураторки й чесно зізнаюся, що так би не звернув на неї увагу, але ризикнув й не шкодую. Про сюжет ліпше не буду, він простий, як і вся гра, але її цікаво досліджувати та тицяти, бо дуже якісно зроблена, кумедно озвучена (при тому озвучена повністю, а кумедно, ну, гра теж кумедна, мені озвучка трохи нагадала YGOTAS від ЛК й це окремо в серденько було, себто аматорська, але добре зроблена, якщо так зрозуміліше) та має багато інтерактивів поза основним (і єдиним) завданням. Позаяк зі світлом зара бідося, тицяти такі коротенькі та прості ігри - помічне, встигаєш все пройти, відволіктися й не морочити голову. Коротше скоріш за все буду брати й наступні частини, а всім іншим раджу звернути увагу, якщо не лякає мальовка одразу.

Really short point-and-click adventure with original art style I've not seen anywhere else. It took me 30 minutes and I messed around, trying to do everything. It struck me as way too easy with the puzzles being almost always spelled out. Three solutions were even shown in the trailer. I liked the dialogue options. The written humor didn't really click for me, with the exception of a few replies, but might for others, especially if you're South-African since the developer is from there. Some of the visual humor was amusing, especially with the underwear and Jackson. It felt like a demo or prelude in terms of length and content (only 5 screens), and I know a free demo on Itch.io basically included the same things. The map makes you believe there might be more but there isn't.

I'm sorry, but i just felt like i got lied to buying this. I played the demo on itch, loved it, wanted to play more. Saw that the map in game had 5 locations so I figured the full game would be the rest of those locations, even if minimal as i see its in chapters, so more to come would be great. $5 spent. I go ahead and get passed the demo content and get started with the new stuff, literally only 2 minutes of new stuff for that $5... im not spending $5 for 2 min of content past the demo that is available. i might buy episode 2, but episode 1 isnt worth it if you played the demo, youve already experienced the entirety of the content.

As the "finish the game in 15 minutes" achievement should clue You in this is a very short game, but suprisingly polished with voice acting and original music. The Dev will soon release a demo for episode 2 which will be significantly longer so treat this game as a test if You'll like the humor and puzzle design.

Eish guys this is expensive for how short it is!! But... I enjoyed it and I'm going to support you because it's so random and so South African. I want you to continue making weird games. Getting the sugar next!

It is really, reaaaaally short. All achievements in under 40min. The game is fun though and i hope Part 2 will be much longer since the style and humor are great.
