Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.14/day in the week to Sep 7 → 17.29/day in the week after.

Reviews
Puzzles and control might be annoying but horror elements are classy and unique. Try this game if you're a horror fan.
This game is like a toxic relationship with a 10/10 hot latina. Everything about her is awesome, you keep going back, but she beats you every now and then.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 12: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Очень страшная игра. Я из неё вышел сразу после того, как увидел первого зомби, я обосрался жесть сразу почему-то вспомнил мертвую мать моего лучшего друга Витька Хз, возможно сделаю возврат средств за эту очень страшную игру
Pretty good honestly, thought i was gonna hate this but it ain't that bad. Just make sure if you need to tab out you aren't in fullscreen because it will kill your game.
Everyone calls this game a timeless classic for a reason. It really is. The atmosphere that every single area brings to the table is unique. You can play as either of the two characters. The gameplay is mostly the same, with the main difference being that Chris has more health but fewer inventory slots. Speaking of that, I AM SO GLAD that in this game I don't have to drop items on the floor just to come back for them later. You can simply store them in the item box and move on. It was such a relief. On the other hand, ammo is much scarcer here than it was in Resident Evil 0. Because I played Resident Evil 0 first, I already knew a good part of the story, which, I'm not going to lie, took away a little bit of the experience. Even so, I really enjoyed playing the game. I still had some struggles with the camera angles, but I liked the controls much more this time around. Opening the inventory with the Y button on the Xbox controller felt so much better. The only thing I really have to complain about is Invisible Enemy mode. Yes, you can see enemies in mirrors, and you can hear them, but I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hated this mode. I only managed to finish it thanks to guides and a bit of luck. With all that said, this is 100% a true timeless classic and absolutely deserves all the praise it has received over the years.

"Chris. Stop it."
This is the first time I have played through the original RE. It was a great experience, but game design back in 1996 wasn't perfect and can be a bit tedious at times. Overall I'm glad I bought this and played through it.
Maravilla de juego, un gran inicio para adentrarte a la saga. 10/10
