Le jeu original est bien meilleur, meme pas de combat de fin avec le tyrant, la carte est mal faite des mouvements de camera horribles et surtout le bouton de visée qui fonctionne pas avec ma manette xbox à 60 euros, horrible à jouer au clavier UN REMAKE BACLé BRAVO CAPCOM

the best resident evil ever, the one that started it all. people who continue to praise it might be blinded by nostalgia yes, but they are always right about one thing: the horror aspect of this game is absolutely peak. from not knowing what's behind the corner you're about to pass due to the fixed camera, giving you a sensation of anxiety, to reading the horrifying documents about the lore of the house you've been exploring all game (especially george trevor's family fate), resident evil is the definition of perfect zombie survival horror game. the story is simple but also hooking: you choose between the two mcs, jill and chris, and based on your actions you might get different endings, playing two different playstyles along with different characters who accompany them throughout the story. while going on, you try to figure out who's the impostor between your beloved S.T.A.R.S members and the secrets of Umbrella. every character counts and everyone has a different role. the only thing that bothered me, however, was the difficulty of the puzzles, giving that this game does not provide you clear clues about the solutions, often vague, but once you figure them out you finally get that feeling of relief., and re-playing it by remembering every solution feels even better. the quality of the space is amazing, thanks to the remaster and the pre-rendered backgrounds that feel real, by walking through a well constructed house map where every wall look like a painting. what more to add? this game is absolutely amazing!
