Very well put together. cheap too. Lots of stuff to unlock - well done!
Great gem of a game. Surprised it hasn't gotten more attention, tbh. LOTS of replayability. Good roguelite with fun classes, subclasses and card/dice mechanics (think D&D). So many things to collect and do. Update: After the Jul 2024 update, the game got alot worse. Way too easy and no challenge any more. While more things were added as well, they feel "fluffy" and don't add much value to the game. I would have preferred the difficulty to sttay where it was and for cards/abilities added to be more impacctful. .
Pretty much a standard StS clone plus dice. In practice, this just means less player agency. The wide range of possibilities on any given roll makes it next to impossible to plan turns, and it's a pure 'high roll is always better' kinda' game. There aren't really ways to mitigate bad rolls, or clever tricks to turn them to your advantage. Just StS, except your 1D10 roll will sometimes be useless, sometimes be ten times as good as useless, and you have zero control over this. Try Spellrogue. It has all kinds of ways to manipulate your dice and turn what would traditionally be a 'bad' roll into an excellent one, if you're clever. All the fun and randomness of dice rolling without the simple pass/fail system and resultant lack of control over your run.
Good game. Lots of different play styles to explore and master.
Great fun. It has the right balance of being fun yet challenging. There is a lot to see here, too, that enables very different kinds of builds! At 10 hours in I've still got a lot of new things to unlock and experiment with.
game goes harder than most pain meds
Great little game. Tons of replayability and content. Easily worth the asking price.
Already a steal at five dollars and I'll definitely be playing more. Similar enough to Slay the Spire to be familiar but different enough to be its own thing. A great time
An absolutely solid deckbuilding game, with a good range of build variety along with a straight forward unlock systems. The developer is also super helpful when it comes to bug fixing. Would definitely recommend for the price.
