Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 24 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
REGULATORS puts you in charge of a small squad of mercenaries hired to clear the city from mutating villains in this top-down tactical shooter game. Enter buildings from the streets, rooftops or sewers, and complete mission goals to locate the scientist commanding the mutating villains. And take them all out!
An Asteroid crashed in the city, and an Alien substance called the Ooze started seeping out of it. It was quickly discovered that the Ooze had great drug potential, and it had mutating powers to who-ever Oozes up on it! Sadly you are NOT immune to the effects of the Ooze, but it does come with some handy super powers..
Top-down shooter requiring some tactics and strategy.
Various missions: intelligence, hostage rescue, detonation, take down and more.
Procedural missions mixed in with pre-designed levels.
Five playable characters, 2 unlocked and 3 unlockable.
Two-player split-screen co-op mode
Level editor.
Alongside a host of gadgets, weapon upgrades and handy tools to increase your chances of survival, you also have at least one recruit alongside you following your every move and helping out where needed.
Your recruits will level up and become more useful than just serving as shield or frag meat! Learning tasks like place C4, collect intelligence data, defuse mines and much more.
The most important task for you: operate as a team and make sure you stay a live .. at all costs!
The alien substance that crashed in the city doesn't just mutate gang members and various other city dwellers. It has also given you super abilities! Each of the five playable characters has a different super power and a different dodge move.
The game gives you two unlocked characters and three locked ones.
Complete over 15 missions all over the city, from apartments to industrial area's, hospitals, banks, airfields and scrapyards! The missions are partly procedurally generated but using pre-designed interior maps. Giving the best of both rogue-likes and custom level-design gameplay.
Can you lead this squad to victory and defeat "Dr OozeBrain" ?
Sums Steam only; GOG, Epic publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Cool game; I like the graphics, the mini games, and the mayhem that ensues when getting ambushed. One small issue that should be an easy fix; when in full screen the viewable portion of the screen is too wide and falls off on the sides. So you can't see the your DNA upgrade count in the level. Windowed works fine. Tried at 1080 and 2160. I have to say, for a single dev in development hell he pushed out quite a nice little time shredder.
Good game, lots of action.
Love this, waited so long for the final release and it was totally worth the wait!

Game is super fun. Has that retro shooter vibe, I have really enjoyed playing on the go on Steam deck. Regulators is a hidden gem of a game combat feels rewarding, game feedback is great, overall so far a great experience.
I like it a lot. Tons of action. I did finish the first couple of missions and will for sure try to finish the game when I have a bit more time at hand. At first it's a bit overwhelming but you get the hang of it quite quickly. Looking forward to get into the tactical side a bit more. Definitely recommend!
Totally enjoyed controlling the dog and barking at the guards! Then blasting in with guns or bats, depending on the mood. You can tell a lot of effort went into the level design with baddies dropping in behind you and the like making you needed to be on guard at all times. Has all sorts of little popup engagements throughout the levels such as to crack open safes, placing the bomb, smashing the push button to name a few. Looking forward to playing more of it.
It is hard for me to describe, but pretty fun and addictive game. There is definitely room for improvement, but is solid 8.5/10. It gets very tough at times, specially if you get caught by a security camera, which I like to do on purpose to keep killing enemies LOL. Finding all hidden items in each level can be a real challenge, which I think is good. I think making bullets limited was a good decision. It forces the player to aim and think very well before going all crazy shooting and wasting bullets. Good job!
Regulators is a hidden gem that channels the charm of classic top-down shooters, enhanced with modern tactical features and a dash of alien ooze-induced superpowers. It's like reliving the golden era of gaming, give it a try I'm sure you'll like it.
Get in, get the job done, fly away in a helicopter! Fun shooter with lots of action and a companion you can upgrade and interesting side tasks like disarming bombs that makes for a nice full experience.
I've been having a lot of fun with Regulators. It's full of action, weapons and fun upgrades to play around with. You can tell a lot of love has gone into this game.
