Re:Turn 2 - Runaway

跟前作相比其實有一點小退步⋯ 遊戲體驗稍微差了一點，首先是操作綁定只能用E（前作空白enter都行） 方向控制限定wasd鍵盤右邊方向鍵廢掉。 這點很主觀，但左右手都能控制我會比較爽（我用電腦飲料放左邊呀 XD） 然後是全配音的反作用力！我不是非常欣賞聲優的表現（或是台詞的鍋？） 前作我曾表揚全員智商在線，但不知道是劇本微下滑還是配音的關係，許多有情緒表現的台詞讓人感覺很做作，或許是想像力的空間被配音表現擠掉了。也不是說女主角耍智障，但一個人「做任何事」都要用嘴巴講出來，實在不是正常人的行為。 劇情延續前作，但比較像是前傳+一代後續，故事給人感覺不像一代一樣完整⋯ [spoiler]結局也能有分歧，但是那種「完美結局」回到意外發生前實在很⋯沒說服力（deus ex machina！） 童話故事能這樣，恐怖故事這樣我不太欣賞。一般結局跟全死掉的朋友道別反而舒坦。 [/spoiler] 結論—其實還可以，但我還是比較喜歡前作。 前作劇情表現往高的地方評分可以給90，但 "RE：turn 2" 劇情我最高也只能給70幾。 大概是因為故事結構只是在講主角要跟罪魁禍首算帳吧⋯ 登場角色太少互動不足，缺乏前作那一堆人情冷暖。

Would I suggest this game to anyone? No.. no I would not. You're not able to change the settings so it suits you better, from my experience the controls do not always work as good as they should... So after several attempts to "enjoy" the new chapter, I decided to remove the game and waste my time on a game that actually works properly. Perhaps someday I will return... but that is definitely not now.

Loved the game. Does a good job of rounding up the story of the previous game, and having both a good end and half-good end helps you to choose whether to go with a consequential ending or a happy one. Great game, highly recommend if you've played (or seen) the first.

All in all, the Re:turn games are very strongly designed, especially in audio and cutscene animations. Also, the addition of voice acting Runaway was a very welcome one for me. Both games show that Red Ego has a lot of potential as a studio, especially in this character-driven style of story telling. The main weaknesses that these games have is how the first one draws to a conclusion and some of the script writing for the second one. I did feel that the main antagonist is not as clearly revealed as such in the first game as the intro to Runaway implies and the start to this game's story didn't have the same draw into it that the start of the first one did. That said, once I was back into the flow of the story I was really enjoying myself. For the price you'd pay, this is a very worth while game to play and I look forward to Red Ego's next project.

Wonderful game! The story, characters, music, VA, everything is good! In comparison with the first part, art and animation have improved a lot. It's worth its money. Unfortunately, the translation to Russian was a bit incorrect sometimes, but it's not a big deal. I'd recommend buying this game. Sadly only a small amount of people played it. I'll wait for your new games, and definitely will buy them!
