Amazing VR game similar to the classic Doom game. Super fast paced gameplay that will challenge you greatly. It's also getting a major update adding Co-Op soon. Highly recommended.
Highly recommend this game for those looking for a fun frantic fast-paced shooted in the old-school style of Wolfenstein/Doom era gameplay: Finding keycards, ammo, armour, weapons to progress & blasting rooms of bizarre baddies was a blast. Design: Decent level design w/alternate paths. Fun & funky retro colour palette & design aesthetic. Wish that I had more time to play VR games, as this is one I'd like to return to for some more arcadey action. Hope that more people discover this humorous, quirky, polished little gem.

attrocious locomotion system, I didn't have issues with motion sickness because I never do in any game, it's just frustrating to use, apparently they added teleport recently as well, nice art style, and nice niche for doomeske style game, but this game is basically compound if compound was done without much game or fun in the game, got this on sale for 4.99 usd but I am still refunding
I loved the style, and the game has so much promise - I just couldn't play for long at all because unfortunately the movement system destroyed me and I'm still feeling ill some time later. Maybe it's better sitting down? Thanks for putting this out there though, I can see plenty of positive reviews from people who aren't as susceptible as me that are in line with what I saw, and it's great that there's a solid game like this contributing to the growth of VR.
I bought this game because i am a big fan of the doom series, and i thought this would be just some low resolution version which would be fi for me. The locomotion sucked, because the deadzones were way off and you could only turn in one direction(terrible band). You would literally have to make a full left handed circle to actually get turned all the way back around or in the direction you wanted to go. I tried to bare with it thinking that the bug would just become normal after a while, boy was i wrong. It became more of a thorn in my side and i never touched it again and got a refund. If it wasnt for that id still be playing Quell. Graphics would nice and crispy and the blood and gore were right up my alley. Fizx the sticks and maybe ill put money back into it. Till then...meh im good.
Made me nauseous instantly. Movement is atrocious, teleporting does not work at all. Would not recomoned.
Really good, but very derivative shooter that feels very much like a VR game of the original Dooms / Wolfensteins.
