I have to tread lightly here because P&C Adventures are my very favorite type of game! This certainly seems to have all of the best elements. The graphics are perrrfect, the characters are amazing, there are 1,000s of lines of dialog, the voice acting is superb and the story is on par with a good movie. I'm not kidding, there's definitely a detective story here. The controls are great because you can scroll through verb commands and use the space bar for hotspots. There's even a decent hint system and the humor is spot on. There's a map and inventory items can been viwed, used or combined. So what is the issue? While the game didn't necessarily need more locations, there weren't many. Sure there were additional rooms or areas within each locations, but the first half of the game found me going back and forth again and again between the very few spots until it became tiresome. The other issue it suffers from was mentioned in other reviews: the absolutely death-trap of clicking on an item for it not to be obtained, only to need that item later on in the game then forgetting where it was because our minds write it off as insignificant. This is a huge issue with games like this. Especially when that very item is later needed to advance the game. Then there's the "puzzle" element. While some items made total sense being used or combined. And some puzzles made reasonable sense after some trial and error, or reviewing the notes, etc, other puzzles were beyond madding and purely frustrating. And they made sense ONLY in the game developer's minds!!! If you think there were frustrating parts in Monkey Island, this is that times 50 and I don't mean that as a compliment. Take for example the Drink Recipe puzzle/quest which involves items that STILL don't make any sense even after you've made the drink. No one ever would have figured that out without a walkthrough!!! I don't mind a good challenge, I don't mind a clever puzzle, even a diabolical one. But it's not really fun when you've roamed around for hours until the point where you literally fall asleep (I'M NOT KIDDING!) only to try again, then have to consult the walk-through. At that point you should go... OH, I GET IT. But it's not like that! Otherwise I really did enjoy the game. The dialog dragged on a bit at times, and alot at other times, but it's better than not enough. Overall I really enjoyed the game despite all of its issues and challenges. I hope the authors will take these criticisms into account. It was a hell of a game and story. I really hope to see more from this creator, maybe in the same universe or something like it. Overall 6 or 7 out of 10. Bravo.

so much feels, so much cats, so much amazing voice acting 10/10
This game is so much fun! I hope there are more games coming in the series!
Boring and tedious spiked with forced humour.
Fun and light detective game. Has some challenging clues to find.
just a great point and click but with less point and click logic ( which is good) the story is great the jokes land in odd good ways. you should play this one
Pretty great game the puzzles were reasonable, Cuddles seems like a person you can trust with everything. The villains are pretty well written I'd love to see more of Cuddles and Tabby.
