Prodeus is a first-person shooter of old, re-imagined using modern rendering techniques and technology. Experience the quality you’d expect from a modern AAA game, designed with retro aesthetics and gameplay that invoke the tech-imposed limits of older hardware.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Uzun zamandır oynadığım en keyifli oyunlardan biri
A fine little boomer shooter, but its very style over substance.

+F@sza grafika. +Brutál hangok és zene. +Nincs benne egy kik.rt bossfight sem.
A játék legvégétől eltekintve.
Excellently crafted FPS in the vein of classic shooters such as DOOM, Quake, and Duke Nukem 3D. Very cool graphical presentation and amazing soundtrack by Andrew Hulshult.
Prodeus: 100% COMPLETION REVIEW

If you love completing games, take a look at our curator site.

In an alternate universe, Prodeus is actually DOOM 3. It is basically what everyone pictured it to play like back in the day. This game is badass: surely a love letter to DOOM and Quake, there's clear inspiration from both of these big boys. Prodeus is a game with no BS, it cuts straight to the action. There's background lore, but this game keeps a "story here will be as important as in pornography" attitude throughout. It's a bunch of "portals to a place this, portals to another dimension" that, not a big deal, while obviously paying homage to Quake. The campaign is just the right length, too. I love the unnamed cyber soldier's face on the HUD. It just stares into your soul, with thirst for blood. The game's letter font should've been a better one though, it feels amateurish. Highly recommended for boomer shooter enthusiasts!
There is a lot to like about this game. The core game play is pretty much exactly what you could want in a shooter. It's fast and gory, and all of the guns feel satisfying to shoot. My main issues are the level design and respawn mechanic. You can play this game without putting much thought into fighting. Every time you die, you come back at the last checkpoint with full health, and all the enemies you've already killed are still dead. There is basically no consequence to dying. There's nothing to motivate you to play well other than getting a higher score at the end of the level if you care about that. The levels themselves left a lot to be desired. It felt like a lot of just fighting through the same boring environments. There were several times where I would press a button that would change something somewhere I couldn't see, so I'd have to run around and try to see which random door I just opened. Granted that could be a skill issue, or just the part of the chaos from playing co-op. The end of the campaign was also one of the biggest anti-climaxes I've ever seen in a game. It's not bad by any means, but I would definitely wait for a deep sale.
Game is a fun ole' time of shooters of the past, some secrets are legit crazy, requiring you to shoot a pre-placed corpse on a ledge far below you to unlock a hidden door which is a bit over kill and impossible to guess without youtube. I would've liked more of the final section or "hell" with more maps, but it still does its job at just being fun and challenging.
Awsome Game! Movement and gunplay liek Quake 3, Gameplay like Doom II.
