Panzer Corps 2

Game is completely unplayable. Crashes constantly. "D3D lost". Updated drivers, tried even running a lower release of the game. turned off CUDA, Set GPU to Just below optimum settings for the game. No mods or any DLC of any kind. Just running the vanilla game. It didn't start crashing until higher levels, well past the two hour Steam refund deadline. Flasahback and Slitherne have lost my business for a long time to come.

TL:DR - Shut up and buy this. Longer Version, but only slightly. If you see my other reviews, I can tend to ramble on. This game doesnt need it, this is the best turn based WWII Strategy game I've played so far. Feel free to take a look - I've played more than a few (Hell, I played through the entire strategic mind series) and most WWII/Cold War RTS's as well. HQ:WWII was my favorite before this, but Panzercorps 2 combines the intricate tactical considerations with a wider appreciation for scale of a full theatre-scale confict wile amazingly balancing customization of one's army to an appreciable/rewarding level WITHOUT overwhelming you with what feels like paperwork after awhile (COUGH COUGH Strat.Mind and their equipment slots). Just a fabulous piece of work - and best yet, I have an enormous number of expansions to enjoy as well. Hell, they're on sale - I'ma do that right now.

Leider schwächer als Teil eins.Die Grafik ist jetzt Pseudo 3D, dabei geht die Übersicht verloren.Wenn Lufteinheiten mit Landeinheiten in einem Feld sind, sieht man das kaum.Auch hatte ich einen Bug wo man eine feindliche Einheit komplett umzingelt, bis auf eine Stärke bekämpft, und man dann plötzlich mehrere Runden die EInheit weder mit Panzer noch Infanterie oder Artellerie und erst mit einem Bodenkampflugzeug vernichten werden konnte.

Great detail with lots of campaign paths to follow. Unit upgrades and captured units add to the flavor of your tactical mix. I've played and replayed this game often with varying difficulties, etc., and it never gets boring.

One of the best turn-based strategic wargames out there.

good, though in all fairness i have only really played the shadow over europe campaign / mod, which I understand adds some mechanics. I like it a lot so far, especially the mission are nicely varied.

Very much the successor to Panzer General. Perfect game for me while I am working out of town and spend hours alone in my hotel room. There was some earlier development to a segway into the conflict in the Pacific. I would like to see this come to fruition.

The best hex-grid game i have ever played. It could be better If there IS at least a ground pacific campaign, either the IJA or Allies.

Nach meinem Empfinden ist das Spiel absolut unübersichtlich und die graphische Umsetzung völlig misslungen. Hab das jetzt schon ein paar Stunden ausprobiert und verliere mehr und mehr den Überblick. Also schmeiß ich es in die Tonne und buche es als Totalverlust. Die vorherige Panzer Corps fand ich wirklich gut. Wahrscheinlich bin dadurch "verwöhnt".
