As always, game is interesting, animations are smooth, sounds are pleasant. Nice casual puzzler that you will complete in less then 3 hours. Thank you, Mr Maciej for another game! Looking forward for the next one :)

Each level requires you to place short words over and around previously positioned letters, and score enough points before you run out of space. Having multiple ways to clear a level makes it feel slightly different from prior Rainbow Train releases, but it stays true to the studio's minimalist ethos otherwise. The first levels will hand you a series of 3- and 4-letter words to be placed on a small, uneven grid. There are very few elements appearing on the screen, and part of the appeal of the game is in discovering the rules by yourself. There is a bit of randomness involved as to which words you’ll be provided with, but what matters the most is that they have many letters in common, allowing you to play on possible overlaps when you add new words to the board. The steady increase in difficulty over the course of the game means you’ll need to refine your understanding of the rules and their consequences. (Conversely, you only need basic knowledge of the English language to be able to play.) For instance, it’s better to avoid
placing a B next to a T, since the lack of English words spelled with B-T or T-B will make it harder for you to clear these tiles later on.
The ruleset is compact and neat, and you might keep on discovering some of its nuances a few hours in, right up until the final levels.
Short and addicting. I would have liked an infinite mode of some sort.
Another good effort from the developer. Very relaxing and meditative.
I'v already played it on my phone, but just wanted to support Rainbow Train as this game is AWESOME! Addictive as hell, clever mechanics, I'd love to play it forever, I got sad when it ended :D And maybe would be nice to have some other languages? Finally something different from all the Scrabble rip offs xD
Short and sweet

Overwords
Overwords is a pretty simple puzzle game where you build words within a limited board, it's kinda like scrabble but using full words instead of letters.
Gameplay
Overwords is strange, it doesn't feel difficult in the slightest until you get to some later levels and you start to realise that planning your word placement matters. Crossing over other letters turns them blue and doing so again clears blue letters and gives you a new word for each clear. You can twist and turn words across the board but you have to be careful to set yourself up for future word placements. Limited starting room and longer words make for slower levels where you really gotta overlap as much as possible. There's only 30 levels but that lasted me 2 hours, could probably use an infinite mode but alas there's enough here for the price.
Achievement (1/1)
There is a single achievement for completing all the levels.
Settings/Accessibility/Misc
Works well on steamdeck. Level select available. Doesn't necessarily require knowledge of the English language, but it would make it easier (All words are english). Another good puzzle game from good creator
Kinda feels like a mobile game, but I like it anyway. Cute, simple yet not too easy. I like it's style. Sound is ok. Good for relaxation. Has 30 levels if you were wondering. No bugs. Not sure if there are saves during level, but do you really need it anyway?
