Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 24 → 1.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Occupy Mars is a technical, open-world sandbox, survival game about Mars colonization inspired by the most promising technologies and companies that are working towards the goal of humanity becoming a multi-planet species.
Explore different regions of Mars while searching for valuable resources, discover mining sites, and find the best place to build a city. Remember that you need to find a relatively leveled area with good access to underground water in a place where temperatures don't drop too much during the night.

Build and upgrade your base, craft equipment, mine resources, produce water, oxygen and food, explore an open world, and repair complex machinery in a technical survival sandbox.

Manage your energy production and build your electricity grid. Make sure that there is enough water, oxygen, power, and food to survive.

Fix broken parts using realistic electronic components and tools. Learn the basics soldering, using hot air, measurement tools, and all the details necessary to fix your equipment.

Upgrade your vehicles and equipment in your garage. Organize your workshop and modify your rover. Change crane hydraulics, operate the robotic arm, dig for valuable resources, build mining rigs, and more...

Build greenhouses, oxygen tanks, fuel generators, connect all the pipes and cables, and remember about proper cable management. Grow your own food.

Experience an open-world sandbox game with a realistic day/night cycle and overcome real challenges that colonists face. Build solar arrays and batteries for energy storage, upgrade them, and find the optimal way to power your colony.

Occupying Mars is not always easy. Sometimes things will explode, break or not go exactly as planned. Learn to cope with "Rapid Unscheduled Disassembly.” Sometimes you have to really act quickly before you run out of air, food, or energy.

...but most importantly HAVE FUN on Mars!

Edit: The Devs are fixing things and my issues were sorted out, I'm playing through the campaign to see what bugs I can find, but so far I'm liking the game. I have issue with how the the Tech Tree advances but I can see how that is meant for players to explore the map to unlock what they need. Original Review: The game shouldn't have been released quite yet the mission to get the truck is bugged after clearing the debris and then putting in the battery it will not allow you get in nor open up the back to put the ATV in. I had to start fresh and get there without saving/loading.

I LIKE GOOD GAME
Fun progression, challenging yet intuitive to play
Gran juego, algo complicado, pero me gusta
Update: Campaign is working now, i finished several more quests, they works fine. Overall game is good and i think worth it. Also, developers have a responsible and enthusiastic attitude which i appreciate 1.0 doesn't feels like 1.0 for me, at least in campaign, i'm dissatisfied. It's survival game and i don't expect some incredible and complex story, but i expect working quests. First was bug with a truck (it's like 1-2h max from after the prologue), now quest after one , with a robot doesn't works. First robot parts didn't spawned, after reload there're here but collecting them does nothing, looks like broken quest. It feels like the quest chain wasn't tested enough or at all. Chemistry tree imho should be in a separate interface since it's points gaining differs from all other branches btw And mining material is pointless unless to craft chemistry resources a lot of the time, since you can scrap plentiful bases for ready materials. Looks like 1.0 is undercooked, sadly can't recommend to buy as a released game atm
Meine Empfehlung ist sich nicht von den aktuellen Rezensionen vom Probieren abhalten zu lassen.. Ich kannte das Spiel vorher nicht und war geflasht davon, wie viel Spaß es macht. Volle Empfehlung.
