Was excited to try, but cant even get through the first main cutscene without a fatal crash. changed all setting to low and still does it. Tried 5 different times with different settings. none worked. using a 3090. Will be refunding.
Just finished it, in roughly 47h. Not too long, not too short. I liked the story, music, cut scenes. Sometimes it's better to have a linear story, with human crafted map then generic procedure generated ones. Now I wish they will also make DLC for it, I will come back in a year to check. There were some bugs also, 1 at early stage almost got me dropping this entirely but good that I retried. In fact it was 1 battle that didnt get the finish button at the end, and reloading recent saves didnt help, only restarting from beginning of that map solved it. It was the only mission that got this issue in my run.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Diamond in the rough if you ask me. I started my playthrough around release and with a bit lower PC specs I had quite a lot of stutters, but since then I have upgraded my PC and they patched it so it's much better now although still not perfect by any means. Regarding the game it's a good turn based tactics game, nothing mind blowing so don't have your expectations high, but if these devs can continue making games I think they will make something special eventually as this is already solid and I just want more. The characters are great, the motion capture is good as well as the voice acting, and there were plenty of times where I had a good laugh. Would love to see a sequel to this game expanding on all the current systems, but I would actually love to see more fantasy added to the game as I think being grounded is more of a limitation for the game.
It is a very good turn based game. on the cons, I finished it in 19 hours, it has a linear story. on the pros it has a great story.
If they develop it more, its worthwhile. I like it, have a great potential. Expecting many DLCs
Very unpolished game experiece that feels like an Early Access. Exploration gameplay is clunky. Combat has potential, but there are glitches everywhere (player input, UI feedback, animations, colisions with terrain, silly pathfinding, unbalanced skills, weird AI, ...). The strategic layer is very shallow. In general UI/UX is not great, especially noticable in the the character and settlement management screens.
The game seems to be fun, in the same mold as the exploration series, but it has a particularly annoying recurring bug: after an action in a fight with one of your Vikings, the "end turn" command disappears, you get stuck, and need to reboot the game and lose your progress — unless you save-scum every turn, which somehow mitigates this annoying bug. I will pause my playthrough and wait for the devs to fix this bug. After that (if they do it in a reasonable time) and I'm able to continue my campaign, I will probably change my vote. With this bug, I cannot recommend the game.
I can't speak of the quality later in the game but so far it has been amazing minus a few visual glitches. I've really enjoyed the storytelling so far it's got a certain charm I can't put my finger on. The combat is also more engaging than I expected it to be and playing on hard has had me utilizing alot of the mechanics.
