傻逼玩儿
Solid game, although I find the game infuriating in terms of difficulty I do enjoy it, 10/10, would recommend
tl;dr game good, i have over 500 hours between pc/ps4, bigger review below Nioh is a game that is very clearly inspired by the Souls formula, but is distinctly not a Soulslike game. You'll find that the game has roots in Ninja Gaiden, instead, and has a robust Diablo-like gear system. Where Nioh shines is in each playthrough pushing you further and further into engaging with its systems the longer that you play it. The first playthrough largely encourages and rewards you forming the skills to succeed in the game mechanically, while giving a small taste of set building. Further playthroughs, however, will reward you more and more for engaging with its systems on a deeper level. Experimentation plus a little trial and error will leave you feeling very rewarded as you put together gear that makes you incredibly powerful in ways that you choose to maximize. While gear on the first playthrough may largely feel like stat sticks, further playthroughs encourage you to make set bonuses between combined or full sets of gear -- because those numbers on the set bonuses get more and more alluring the deeper you go. The only downside to this is the fact you really need to make sure to pick up as Yasakani Magatama, which reduces set bonus requirements by 1 while equipped, as soon as possible to make the most of it. As you go deeper, though, you'll end up finding gear which normally would not have a set bonus, will drop with what is called a Grace -- now having set bonuses for any gear with the same named Grace. Through these systems, Nioh makes for what is an incredibly customizable type of power in which near every aspect of the game can become game breakingly powerful with the right amount of effort put in. This game, at its endgame, becomes one in which the player character is so strong with certain setups, that almost everything is broken to the point of one shotting or near one shotting bosses with proper setup. This might not appeal to everyone, but before reaching that point, you still have to pass through the challenges of the game with your own raw skill and creativity with the tools given to you at lower levels. You don't have to enjoy the gear farming endgame in order to enjoy the first few playthroughs of growing difficulty. Additionally, there's a roguelike mode called the Abyss with 999 floors. It generates floors, enemies and bosses randomly within a set of rules. Between this, the set building, and higher difficulties, the endgame of Nioh is quite monstrous to explore. While there are some half baked things like some of the equipment effects, clan effects, and the overall PVP experience, it doesn't detract from what makes exploring this game fun. Most of this game's faults, too, are addressed directly in Nioh 2's iterations on its systems -- including lowering the player character power level at endgame and a higher enemy variety. I cannot recommend this game enough if you like action oriented games that push you to be better or a robust set building experience. And, even if you only particularly love one aspect of that, there's enough meat to the game that you won't feel dissatisfied after your time with it.
