Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Sep 14 → 0.4/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Masterpiece!!! This game nails everything, good graphics, excellent soundtrack, engaging story. The story has heartwarming moments, hilarious moments and tear-jerking ones. I absolutely recommend this game, one of my favorites of all time.
The game should not be Steam Deck Verified. The game shows PlayStation buttons with no way to fix that. Pressing (X) but oops the PS (X) not the Xbox (X)

Cara, eu tentei, eu honestamente tentei gostar desse jogo.
I tried my best to play through this game and I may not have gotten far enough for my review to be valid BUT I got it for free YEARS ago somehow and I have played my fair share of Final Fantasy (My absolute favorites) and Pokémon games but even so this game falls far from being something I'd call good or even great, and I feel a majority of the positive reviews come from people whose first RPG was this game or they played the original or just haven't fully experienced anything better than this. The art is really pretty I will give it that but art is not enough to give it a good review. It falls short in a lot of places and as someone who plays a lot of older games I am usually used to it but this is a game from 2019, a remaster too so you'd think they'd change a few things to make things easier for the player. Having to pay to continue and yet you're still set ALL the way back to the beginning of where you started feels like you were just cheated out of all your progress, but wait! you got you XP still! If there was a way to replay a battle or just restart at a save without going all the way back to the main menu then I wouldn't be so annoyed..? It feels like such a small thing but when the combat is so buns you find yourself having to choose if you want to be done for the day or just pay to restart. The AI is horrible like genuinely horrible. You'll block on one character and change to another and they'll unlock and take all the dmg you tried to block ultimately dying. There is genuinely no point in switching characters during combat if they don't listen to you even using "tactics" which feel like they are just there to be there. The story also moves so slow I find myself getting incredibly tired. Maybe I didn't play long enough to enjoy the story or "understand" it but I really just never cared much for it since the beginning which may have been the biggest issue. The overall game is just not something I find that appealing and if I were to buy it now I would honestly refund it after less than an hour of gameplay.
do not talk sh*t of this game or there will be consequences
I know that this is an older game so I don't want to be too harsh. Also worth noting I don't have nostalgia for the Studio Ghibli Aesthetic but I do like it, and I have played and enjoyed many other JRPG style games. This game is just very slow, I threw in the towel 5 hours in still going through tutorials. I probably would have kept going but the enemies re-spawn extremely regularly so if you like exploring you have to fight or avoid enemies at all times, and the combat is dull by modern standards. A shame because the story setup is intriguing, but it's too dated and time consuming for me.
Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch™ Remastered is a breathtaking JRPG that feels like a playable Studio Ghibli film. The story follows Oliver, a young boy who travels to a magical world to save his mother.
