While I adore Kingdom Hearts. This game crashes more than a bumper car and will never be fixed.

Kingdom Hearts was a once in a generation, Lightning in a Bottle type of game much like Chrono Trigger was for the Super Nintendo, a collaboration of a group individuals at their creative peak that handled this franchise with care, respect and mastery for the properties and legacy they were dealing with. Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 are timeless games that, like Chrono Trigger can be enjoyed at any point by any person no matter their taste or background. Unfortunately, despite this collection looking absolutely gorgeous it is plagued with crashes that make you paranoid about saving constantly and disrupt your flow and immersion, every screen transition is a coinflip for a crash and loosing your progress, my own experience is averaging at one crash per hour. The first two games were handled with such originality and care and this collection somewhat tarnishes that legacy, the thumbs down is not for the games but for this version of this game.

i'm still on kh1 but kingdom hearts has cemented itself as one of my favorite games. I have really high hopes for the next games

I bought the collection for $40 because I'm kind of excited about kingdom hearts 4 and for the price was kind of a steal. I have never played a kingdom hearts so I'm jumping in for the first time and only a couple hours into the first one and even though its a little clunky. I'm having a great time with it. I plan on beating all the games before kingdom hearts 4 comes out. So far I super recommend.

these games are filled with heart, written by emotion first and formed by light, Loved the hell out of it. Utada sums it up best: Simple and clean Is the way that you're making me feel tonight It's hard to let it go You're giving me Too many things lately You're all I need, oh.

Game 1 and 2 are great experiences to go through. Game 1 with a more grounded combat system and Game 2 with faster and rewarding gameplay loop. Re:CoM story wise is great but the combat may not be for everyone with its card system being the main factor in fighting. Birth By Sleep is enjoyable just avoid trying to go for 100% or its side content due to being half baked in its design. 358/2 days unfortunately is solely cutscenes and text mid scenes but a nice viewing and backstory of Roxas and the organization during the events of Chain Of Memories. Re:Codded also is just all cutscenes but a nice story to listen to in the background. Overall a easy recommendation to pickup.

Great deal for a classic game series. Played most of them on my steam deck and had a blast! Kingdom Hearts series still has that magic after all these years. Highly recommend to returning and new players!

What a series man. Kh1 is a great tone setting game for the series and kh2 just blows it out the water. Soundtrack, crazy, story, crazy, gameplay, crazy. Play these games folks, and shout out the Winnie the Pooh man love you demon. Got to finish BBS and 3 and I'm ready for 4!
