great game but it dose have a little problem when you are trying not to lvl grind. If you dont lvl grind then you are most of the time under lvl, but everything is not that bad.
Great game. if you like RPG, Pixel Art and pokemons
Great. 9+/10. +++ a huge map, lots of skills, slightly customisable main protag, enough action/combat --- can't customise your monsters --- no colour variations of randomly encountered monsters either --- that is why the world is huge, but encounters are very repetitive --- no chaotic attack / that kind/type of attack that attacks monsters completely at random (not only boring individual & aoe attacks that attack specific not random enemy monsters)? --- electricity/shock/storm element is downgraded as sad silly Wind element that many monsters already got? + puzzles (even though I hate them personally and some are even forced on you to go back/progress) - no epic 6 vs 6 pve fights? - some map areas feel empty? +++ secrets, secret passages and entryways - can't customise the monster keepers' stronghold either? - no way to spend money, everything buyable is practically a joke - the requirement of level up badges is silly, why not only 1 lvl below your highest lvl monster? Why 2? That makes your newly acquired mobs almost always behind (or at least for quite a long while) the main pet -- little or no randomness of everything (on the first playthrough?) ++ enough biomes -- few evo's - perhaps the total amount of different monsters is still rather low...
This is lowkey one of my favourite games man very in depth but it got pretty much abandoned after Aethermancer (Aethermancer is still pretty goated though)
Great combination of Metroid Vania and Taming monster, this game is really addictive
