Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 20 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Place the buildings. The city grows organically and districts expand. Manage resources, navigate faction demands, and guide your dynasty to its final goal : building one of three Industrial Revolution Wonders — the Eiffel Tower, Neuschwanstein Castle, or the Statue of Liberty.
Relaxed or challenging : difficulty settings adjust objectives, faction pressure, and resource balance to match how you want to play.

Factions now have personalities: Altruist, Warrior, Expansionist, and more. They don't all want the same thing, and they won't all negotiate the same way.
Your dynasty's goal : reach the Industrial Revolution and build one of three final Wonders — the Eiffel Tower, Neuschwanstein Castle, or the Statue of Liberty.
The city is more open than before. No more cycle limits. No more closed districts. New maps, Steam achievements, difficulty levels have also been added and more!
At the heart of it all : the Dynastic House that grows with your city across every age.

Memoriapolis spans five historical eras : Antiquity, the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, the Age of Enlightenment, and the Industrial Revolution. Each age transforms your city with new architecture, new challenges, new Monuments to unlock.
No rigid grid. Your city develops naturally, expanding through districts shaped by your choices and your citizens. No two playthroughs look the same.
Construct iconic landmarks like the Library of Alexandria, Windsor Castle, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Palace of Versailles and more to give your city a unique identity through time.
Factions have personalities — Altruist, Warrior, Expansionist, and more — and they have demands. You can accept proposals directly, negotiate terms, or choose to favor one faction over another. Engage as much or as little as the game calls for.

Your city grows organically and you guide your dynasty across the ages. Factions add depth but you are free to engage with these systems at your own pace.
Banners & Wonders is the biggest update since launch. Factions now have personalities, construction is more open, new maps have been added, and your dynasty now has a final goal : build one of three Industrial Era Wonders.
Yes and no! Select your difficulty at the start of a run: resources, faction pressure, objectives and more… all vary depending on the level you choose.
Each playthrough is different thanks to different maps, different factions, different Wonder to build at the end. The organic growth of your city means no two runs look the same.

Reviews
If you are looking for a chill city builder, this might fit you perfectly. But if you are looking for action, this game might not give you satisfaction. You can build at your own pace and advance as fast/slow as you want, or if you want to challenge yourself with harder game settings, that is possible too. Myself, I'm more of a slow player who want to build and upgrade every single building in the game, so this review is from that point of view. Quite a few different maps and with how you can select wide variety of perks through each era gives replayability, For example: do you want to trade a lot or do you want a self sustainable city. The developers are open to constructive critique and are very active on the steam forum. I played this game on arch linux using proton-ge without any special launch options and had zero issues.

It's a difficult one: overall 'yes' but like anything there's caveats, good and bad. First: it's NOT an annon style city builder 'YAY' for me. The graphic style is an organic, odd thing that I personally really love, and it's the sort of game you can play while eating, if that makes any sense. Chill game wth chill music. You'll make decisions, sure, but you're nudging and selecting general areas. No picking up citizen X and dropping them on building Y or wondering why an individual worker won't do a specific assigned task. For me amazing positives. Second: And it's huge negative for me: no attempt to explain or put in a tutorial, zero. Pop ups that don't make sense: I'm low on food yet I have a warehouse full and can't make any more because there's nowhere to store it. So... at this stage I should have more in store? Higher waste for safety? More storage areas? What is going on in your head that you're trying to tell me person who made this? An interactive wiki in game really isn't what anyone needs... The whole game is a bit like this beyond 'a farm will produce food and you'll need faction characters to upgrade it' I think anyway, I'm not sure how you get extra ones.. By rights I should hit thumbs down becausehere's no point in making all these systems if you can't explain how to use them. BUT the end product - for me - is so charming and I WANT it to be good, but it's another project that fails to communicate with the player. So buy it on sale and see if you want to figure it out. I'm running this through Steam proton and it runs 'fine' Not the greatest PC by any means.
Boring.
This review is in English and Slovak: Táto recenzia je v Anglickom a Slovenskom jazyku: I was really looking forward to buying this game. I really like building strategies and this one looks great thanks to its "map" view of the city. And that's where all the positives end. I hate to discredit someone's efforts, but this game is very poorly made. Basically, I could find a comment on almost every aspect of the game and I really don't want to write a book review or some suggestion for the game. To sum it up, if I resign myself to everything bad and surrender to the game and its rules, the game is still not playable and fun. No depth like in the description, nothing like that. It's such a big mobile game where I build something, collect resources, build again, then research and so on. After a short while, boredom and dislike come. The potential is there, but the entire game would have to be completely rebuilt from the core. In the state the game is in now, it cannot be recommended in any way. I'm sorry. Veľmi som sa tešil kúpe tejto hry. Mám veľmi rád budovateľské stratégie a táto vyzerá nádherne vďaka jej „mapovému“ zobrazeniu mesta.
I bought this game very early on when there were only two eras. It is no longer the same game. Very different graphics, design, UI, you name it (all for the worse). Resource gathering, making laws, faction control and rebellion barely exist anymore. Even expansion is a given to you with little repercussion. You sit around more than anything. Back in the day this was a handsome game with various levels of strategy. Now? This is not the same game I played for years and I'm really upset coming back to it. I don't know what happened since late 2025 but it ruined what was a decent game. Do not buy whatever this joke is.
It's nice but I can't recomend it due to performance issues: it is literally impossible to play after the medieval age with half a map occupied. Everything is painfully slow, it makes no sense. something is eating up all cpu and ram. my pc is decent btw. 32gb ram old nvidia 2060 but reliable. I've played simulations way more complex than this game with this pc and was no where near all the lag I had in medieval time. When I passed to rennacense it made no sense, I can't play this anymore.
