Great game if you have any interest in Battletech or the Clans
The constant crashes makes the experience not enjoable. The campaign is fine and the missions are fun. Can't recommend it when after 1 or two missions the game dies.

As someone who spent countless hours playing Mechwarrior games during young age, this game has completely revived my excitement. The narrative campaign, surprisingly good writing and cutscene quality was exactly what i was missing in Mechwarrior 5. Adding 5th member into your squad is also great. It comes at a cost of losing the sandbox, which is okay, but also losing a lot of customization options, because you play as the clan weirdos who despite using better technology, have a lot smaller arsenal and especially if you play through the DLC campaigns (which i wholeheartedly recommend, they are excellent) it starts getting a little stale. Hopefully they'll find a solution for that in the future. As it it now though, it's a great game and i enjoyed it all the way to the end. Including the DLCs - really looking forward to more. Speaking of DLCs, you'd notice that occasionally, your allies "glitch" out and refuse to fire. That's because of the elementals getting in the way. Allies don't want to shoot through them. Send elementals into proper firing positions to force use their guns and not go melee and you won't see this issue ever.
An excellent MW single player campaign with tons of expansions available
Game feels pretty unpolished. Improved over Mercs in many ways, but it does feel like they started from scratch and ended up with a completely new product with completely new problems.
It's good, it feel more fluid, optimized instead of old look dumb laggy MW5 merc.
fun
IF YOU LIKE BATTLETECH, THIS IS A REALLY GOOD VERSION. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE.
I hate the clans but this game is so good.
